Nous avons passé un super séjour! Point positifs: chambre familial spacieuse et literie très confortable Piscine et toboggan super ! Plusieurs Restaurants très bons dont un 24/24h Boissons à volonté, plusieurs bars, c'est un vrai petit village avec tout à volonté :D Point négatifs: Nous avons réserver pour 3 lits (comme sur les photos) et à notre arrivée on nous mis dans une chambre 1lit 2 personnes et un canapé lit, nous avons dû refuser la chambre pour avoir la vrai chambre comme sur les photos. Mais la réception a tout de suite compris notre déception et nous a trouver une autre chambre pour nous satisfaire :) La plage n'est pas très belle et le stand sport nautiques et extrêmement cher! Et il nous ont dit que comme nous étions du Crystal nous ne pouvions passer que par eux pour faire une activité bateau jet ski ect alors qu'en marchant un peu plus sur la droite nous avons trouver un stand bien moins cher qui nous on accepter ;) (mais ça ce n'est pas à cause de l'hôtel mais juste un conseil pour les futurs voyageurs) Musique un peu trop fort au bord de la piscine ainsi que lors des soirées dehors Les chambres sont très mal isolé (prévoir boules quies) C'est la deuxième fois que nous allons dans cette hôtel et Mis à part les points négatifs j'ai fait plusieurs hôtels à Side et il reste le meilleur au niveau qualité/prix Je recommande pour passer un séjours en famille avec les enfants c'est un super hôtel

+ Friendly and good service + Overall appearance clean + Versatile services at the hotel + Beach shuttle + Very cheerful cleaners - Children's cocktails poorly available - Fruit only whole - Very limited selection at the beach bar - Drinks served to the tables at the buffet restaurant We were there during the opening week so it's understandable that things are still finding their place. Renovations here and there. Help and changes were received as soon as you asked and the staff was really friendly. The swimming pools were still very cold, including the children's pools. There are so many restaurants and different places in the hotel that the impression is a bit confusing. Children's cocktails were only found on the first floor, which was disappointing because there are otherwise many restaurants by the pools. The room was clean and spacious but the bed felt like springs. We got the blankets immediately upon request. Overall good experience at the hotel and stuff:)

Das Hotel an sich ist schön. Auch das Essen war super! Jedoch wurde unser Zimmer in 10 Tagen nur ein einziges Mal geputzt! Und nicht einmal komplett, die Dusche und Toilette wurden ausgelassen sowie der Boden im Baden. Das wichtigste bei Strandferien…: Der Strand eine reinste Enttäuschung! Sehr dreckig und ungepflegt. Da bemühen sie sich kein bisschen, was uns extrem enttäuscht hat. Dementsprechend haben wir viel Zeit am Pool verbracht. Da gab es vom Entertainment Team tolle Unterhaltung. Das Personal bemüht sich und ist auch meistens sehr freundliche. Wiederum negativ war der Kinderpool. EISKALTES Wasser! Viele Kinder waren krank.. wir haben unseren Kleinen nicht zum Kinderpool gebracht.

The hotel is very old. The photos on Expedia does not match what you’d expect in person. The front desk staff are incredibly rude and do not treat guests well. They act like they’re being bothered if you come up. In general this place must have been a great hotel 25 years ago but it’s not worth staying at. Save your money and go stay in a different city close to a Antalya . I tried calling Expedia twice to move me to a different location and a newer hotel.

BLOß NICHT DIESES HOTEL!! Einfach eine Katastrophe wirklich! Eigentlich schreibe ich keine Bewertungen aber hier muss es echt raus. POSITIV: - Schönes Gebäude - schöne Zimmer -Pool Rutschen NEGATIV: - Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt & die Minibar nicht aufgefüllt -Essen war täglich das gleiche mit eventuell einem anderen Gericht am Abend. Essen wurde von den Mitarbeitern verteilt & meistens einfach auf den Teller geklatscht -Kellner Abends im Restaurant total überfordert, sodass man meistens ignoriert wird und sich selbst das Besteck etc organisieren muss - Sohn hat nach dem 2 Tagen einen Magendarm Infekt bekommen - war kein Einzelfall wir selbst haben 6 weitere Kinder in der Lobby mit einem Eimer vor sich gesehen -Hotel Arzt erst gar nicht besuchen, dieser ist nur darauf aus Geld zu kassiern - Nach Zigaretten stinkend, ohne sich die Hände vorher zu waschen unser Kind kurz abgehört und wollte uns weiter an eine private Klinik schicken -Rezeption ebenfalls ein kompletter Reinfall, man wird nicht beachtet und wenn doch dann in einem sehr gereizten Ton der Mitarbeiter -Mitarbeiter geben dumme Anmachsprüche von sich wenn man sich was zum trinken holen möchte, sodass man sich als Frau total unwohl fühlt und gar nicht erst zur Bar will -Mini Kids Club ist auch der totale reinfall, kennen wir aus anderen Hotels definitiv besser.

Dejligt sted Kantinen var ikke rigtig noget for mig, der er meget støj når man skal bespise så mange folk på en gang, så vi spiste et anden sted

Som udgangspunkt et godt hotel, meget renligt. God mad og fantastisk pool område. Servicen var dog dårlig. Medarbejder i receptionen var MEGET uforskammet og skældte ofte ud. Engelsk talende personale manglende der også, så kommunikationen med medarbejderne var meget dårligt.

L’établissement est super, le personnel également (petit inconvénient certains ne parlent que turc donc dure à se faire comprendre parfois). Piscine et toboggan top, il y avait beaucoup d’enfants. Le buffet était varié parfois bien parfois moi bien mais ils le change tout les jours. Nous avons passé de très belle vacance
