Clean, nice location not too far from the old town. Let down my no smart tv and tea or coffee maker in the room - it’s 2026! I recommend the cafe opposite the hotel

Staff was courteous and friendly. Bathroom location and its glass semi-opaque door made for some awkwardness (sights and sounds).

Room was very clean. Bed was excellent. Breakfast was quality!

Stay away from this hotel. No coffee in the room. When you call housekeeping to clean the room - they just mopped th floor - did not replenish any toileteries. Had to call lagain for that. The receptionist is present just for the sake of it. We asked him specifically if parking was free considering it was a weekend - Salzburg does have free parking as we later found - he said no and charged us for the whole weekend - what a crook. Also asked him about a few things related to stuff around the city - and he had no clue. Being in this industry - one expects to know the basics. I would stay away from this hotel. Just not worth the money.

I was not happy with the room given, since i was single they gave a loft room. It didnt have any space even to walk. Very less choice for vegetarians. No kettle in the rooms either. Everytime we had to come down to get hot water.

Great breakfast and comfortable room

The breakfast was wonderful. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was a bit gruff and caustic, however maybe that's just the culture. Parking was not included in the hotel stay, and the receptionist made sure I was aware of that. She said I could park on the street for free, but I ended up with a 30€ parking ticket. I'll pay the ticket but that did not make me too happy. For that she gets 3 stars for staff instead of 5. Not 1 star because it's my responsibility to know the laws and customs of the country and city I am visiting so I share responsibility.

In großen ganzen war es Gut, die Matratzen waren schon etwas durchgelegen und hatten Mulden. Ansonsten sauber und alles vorhanden.

Easily walkable to town with easy transport links to airport and town if needed. Hotel was nice and clean and warm.

Our reservation thru hotels.com stated breakfast was included but we were told by the staff that it wasnt included because of how we made the reservation

Large, spacious room, immaculately clean, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was adequate. I particularly liked the small Coffee/tea/etc bar so one could have a quick pick me up. A coffee pot/teapot in the room would be a welcomed addition, as would directions about the floor heat.

Miljön personlig, lungt område, läget bra för våra behov, frukosten var bra och trevlig personal.

Ruhiges Hotel, das einen sauberen Eindruck hinterlässt. Gute Betten. Sonderwünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Beim Frühstücksbuffet alles ausreichend vorhanden bei super Auswahl. Restaurants in der Nähe, aber keines im Haus Gerne wieder.

Es war sehr gut. Zimmer war sauber und Personal sehr freundlich. Ruhige Lage. Zentrum aber sehr schnell erreichbar. (Neustadt und Altstadt). Das einzige was nicht so gut war. Zu wenig Parkplätze für das Hotel. Mussten in Parkgarage parken.

Good location with an easy 15 min walk to the river. Clean place, efficient and inexpensive.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. We received a bus pass to get into town. It was walkable but nice to have the bus pass. It was a pleasant surprise. We did not have Breakfast there.
