We had an amazing stay for 5 days. The views from the balcony were beautiful. The chairs and umbrellas at the beach were wonderful. The staff was over the top friendly and helpful, and I loved the sauna. Used it multiple times. I literally asked if I could stay for like a month next summer,

The best place ever!

Positives: The staff are exceptionally friendly, both at reception and on the beach. Beach beds are complimentary and come with fresh towels, plus a nice touch of a bucket of ice and bottled water. The sea is crystal clear, making it perfect for swimming. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with a good-sized balcony. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is well designed with a separate shower and toilet. Housekeeping is excellent, with rooms cleaned twice a day. Transfers from the port or airport are conveniently arranged for €20 per person. Negatives: Unfortunately, room insulation is very poor. You can hear almost everything from the corridor, neighboring rooms, or other balconies. One night, it was impossible to sleep because neighbors were talking outside for hours. The room door is particularly bad – light from the corridor shines through the frame even when the door is closed, which is disturbing at night. In addition, the TV is outdated with no Netflix or streaming apps available. The air-conditioning is also old and extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep — we ended up turning it off during the night.

Very posh resort spa style accommodation. Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful. Best place to stay on the island if you want to be pampered.

Fantastic!!! The service was amazing. Irini made excellent suggestions and helped us with all of our needs. The room was stunning. We were three girls and there was plenty of space. We had a walkout to the pool beach which was wonderful. We greatly appreciated the bottle of water and watermelon at the beach/pool and the complimentary drinks in the room. These small touches make the difference and it’s nothing for a hotel to do. The breakfast was also fantastic. Ornos beach had a few restaurants and a bakery near by. Expect to pay $$$$ for car services/taxi/uber. Anywhere from 35-60 euros. Recommend Scorpio, Principote day, Cavo Paradiso and the old port if you like house music and like to dance. Age range is mix and we avoided super young crowds but felt fine wherever we went.

Hotel absolutamente perfeito, em todos os sentidos. Observação exatamente importante: além de ser impecável, NÃO cobram o hóspede pelo uso da cadeira de praia, geralmente eles cobram e isso é absurdo. Hotel pé na areia, lindo, serviço completo.

Fabulous hotel and location

The hotel is amazing. Pure, white and soothing. The staff is extremely nice. The breakfast on the beach with direct view on the sea is like a dream. Only downside: transport organization has not worked well. From arrival to departure it was complicated. The only black point in a sea of blue!
