Staff asleep so couldn’t access the hotel. Had to book into another hotel in the middle of the night.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very warm and the AC was not possible to set to cooling, only fan. Everything else was good. Did not try the breakfast. It’s about 500m to walk to the airport, very convenient.

Great for the airport and for Pisa. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Very convenient for Pisa airport, only a 10 minute walk. Room was satisfactory, bathroom a little dated with snall shower. Bed was firm and I banged my head on the hard headboard! We were the only diners but we were cooked a very nice meal to order, but it wasn't cheap (€48 per person for two courses and a glass of wine). Secure parking was convenient underground, cost €15 extra per day.

Just what you need before flying out next day. Kitchette but no coffee amenities at all but friendly staff and great pizza place across road recommended by staff.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming , check in easy and ready early . However the air conditioning wasn’t very cold .

Great hotel within easy walking distance to the airport. The rooms were clean and well maintained, The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The trip into Pisa is an easy two bus trip or a taxi. Great secure underground parking but you have to reserve,

The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Easy walk from both the train station and airport. Fun patisserie & bar attached to relax at. Didn’t try the restaurant, but it looked like the neighborhood spot to be. Grocery store across the street was convenient too.

Stayed for short trip to Pisa. Hotel within easy walking distance of airport & also about 20 minute walk to central Pisa. Modern hotel and helpful desk staff. Overall ideal for our requirements.

Reception and restaurant staff were amazing. So helpful and so friendly. They went above and beyond for us which was much appreciated. Gracie mille!
