Check was very smooth. Check out was very convenient with the hotel staff arranging an airport taxi.

This is lovely small boutique hotel which is comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is perfect for walking, shopping, meals, and finding additional tours. The staff were very helpful and the local people were kind and gracious.

The staff were very helpful and even helped call a taxi for us. I loved the backyard at the hotel and the San Blas neighborhood — it’s easy to walk around with lots of great restaurants and cafés. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco, as long as you don’t mind walking up a small hill.

Wonderful hotel in San Blas neighborhood. All the staff were helpful and friendly and kind. At the end of a long day exploring surrounding Sacred Valley sites, it was fantastic to get back to our rooms and have a hot shower and a very comfortable bed. We liked that there was always a variety of hot food for breakfast as well as staples like bread and scrambled eggs. The chef was always making sure food was fresh and not sitting around for hours.

From the moment you step foot in the foyer, the exceptional service makes you feel right at home, and our experience couldn't have been better. Carmen has our deepest gratitude for the exceptional service she provided. For an experience you will never forget, this is the spot to go. En general, la ubicación es céntrica pero no se puede llegar fácil con vehículos, taxis etc. Las instalaciones son con una temática rústica lo que hace que por ejemplo las ventanas sean antiguas y el frío ingresa a la habitación, no tienen calefacción integral, sí calefactores pequeños.

Great spot right in the center city. The amenities and ambience is good and the staff was super helpful.
