This was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The overall condition of the property is extremely disappointing and far from acceptable. Cleanliness was very poor — the room felt neglected and unhygienic. The furniture was old, rusted, and in bad condition. Several items were either broken or barely usable. The flooring was damaged, and the walls looked poorly maintained, with visible wear and lack of care. It’s clear that proper maintenance is not a priority here. The entire place needs serious renovation and attention. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel until significant improvements are made. Definitely not worth the money or the discomfort.

Buffet Breakfast spread was delicious and awesome. Location is plus ..its 800 mtrs to beach and surrounded by many restaurants. The pillow quality was very bad ,though on request they replaced the pillow

rooms were in poor shape , furniture worn out , electronics dated , had a foul smell. not a place to visit again . breakfast was insipid . very dissapointed

Nice clean property, conveniently located near Candolim beach. Kid friendly with activities and areas for kids.

Water bottle give by property was smelling really bad, bad smell of dead rat. Also asks my friend opinions she mentioned exactly same smell. Asked them to change bed sheet, got dirty one and then he brought the one which took it out to change.

Room cleaness and service is good, but food is poor because it is very salty.

First thing , the staff is excellent, very helpful all department starting from parking to room service to dining. Even during breakfast and dinner the service staff were helpful while serving my kids , asking if they would like more . Overall best stay . Thanks

Rooms are small and balconies dont have good view. Property is good, clean and staff is also good. Swimming pool is awesome

We had a wonderful time at Novotel Goa Resort & Spa. Rooms were clean and spacious, food was excellent with good vegetarian options, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The garden and pool areas were perfect for relaxation, and the beach access made our stay even more special. Highly recommended for families!

Rooms are smelly and spider webs beside the beds. Many varieties in breakfast but not tasty

The staff especially Ecchita, Akash and the managers Sambhavi and Prachi were very helpful and accommodating. They dealt with all sorts of issues. Look forward to coming back to Novotel Spa and Resort in the near future. Thanks so much!!

Great service and Hotel - all rounder. Me and my wife were upgraded with no extra charge and in particular Avi was very helpful upon arrival and throughout our stay. Food has a Buffett for breakfast and lunch which has a good variety.
