ホテル自体は良かったが、近くに買い物するコンビニが無いのが不便でした。

This hotel is 5 star but some of the stars have fallen off. The rooms are comfortable and clean but could really do with refurbishing. The hotel is very quiet and dated there are better hotels near by, sorry.

Little to no English spoken, poor breakfast offering, bed was like a wooden plank with no mattress, the safe didn’t lock and the Wifi was so bad it was unusable and would drop out every minute and not let you log back on. Would never stay here again or recommend anybody else too

Just one person at the counter could speak english. Service overall was very good and kind. Room service not so good.

the room smells of smoke especially I requested a non smoking room, there was even an ash tray in the room with matches next to the ash tray. The lady at the checking counter was really unpleasant, luckily another mail colleague was really helful and took over the booking. Went to the buffet restaurant in the hotel after 7pm, after we started to eating, only then we were told the restaurant close at 8pm which was too rush to eat our dinner.

需要支付押金，依然国营企业的感觉，是其瑕疵。大堂装潢比较好，中西结合，让人耳目一新。希望能在服务气度上更加努力！

Staff was very kind and smart. Facilities were comfortable and hotel place was very convinient and close form Ningbo airport.

Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und bei Buffett am Abend gad es wirklich "alles" zu essen.

Nice hotel, area has a mall, not good local (walking distance) food, restaurant in hotel is tasty. Pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel is.

This was a great place to stay that's close to the city and local train stations. The lobby area is great for meeting with customers or just hanging with friends. The staff was very professional and spoke English. I will be staying here when I'm in this area from now on! The only problem i had was the AC would not work when traveling in the winter. Even though I had the fan on "cool", by the time I woke up in the morning, it was 30 degrees C!

The hotel is maximum ok to be 5 star. I stayed here 5 years ago as well and remember it as better. starting to look a little worn down, but still OK quality. Service is very poor. they barely speak English and several times I had to give up trying to ask for different things. the manager also called me up 1 day after I checked in and said I had to pay extra for the room because they put me in a double room which was more expensive than a twin room. I had not asked for this and this was something they had done. I refused and they did not make a big deal about it. but even asking for that is quite poor.

I have been traveling to Yuyao since 2008 once or twice per year and always stay at the Plaza Hotel. They recently updated some of the property but the overall condition has always been very good. Their breakfast offering is one of the best that is included with your room with a wide assortment to choose from. The staff is always very pleasant and courteous with English speaking personnel available.

hotel stay was very good, good friendly staff, although the breakfast was limited it was very good for the local, bed was slightly hard but not uncomfortable.
