The property is right on the beach. Staff was helpful when our unit lost AC and we had no WIFI. Moved us to a new room. The restaurant Las Palmas was great!!

Great place to stay.

Really good place. Warm water, near the beach, beautiful place. The only downside is that we got a dirty towel in the room and that they don’t give towels for the beach.

Loud music until at least 2 am coming from the hotel bar and from the neighboring bar. Finished my night in the car

It is a very nice property. Really good to scape from the city and enjoy the beach in a very relaxing way.

Casa vez que vamos a Venao nos quedamos en Selina por su ubicación, servicios y oferta gastronómica. Esta vez ninguno de esos elementos falló pero, la habitación si estaba bastante descuidada

Todo esta muy bonito, pero la limpieza de los baños compartidos es mala, siempre estan sucios

En arrivant le réceptionniste (Kalito )nous a reçu avec une attitude exécrable, peu sympathique et compréhensif de notre situation et menteur par dessus le marché , 2 jours de suite avec coupure d’eau en 6hres et 10heures le matin et ce sans avertir d aucune façon .. par contre , bel endroit et belle plage un peu hippie sur les bords

A/C didn't really work

De lokatie is fantastisch en het eten heerlijk. De ober van de ochtend is helaas ontzettend arrogant en totaal niet klant vriendelijk. De eerste nacht was het een ontzettend kabaal omdat een heel aangal mensen zat te wachten voor onze deur op hin bus naar het vliegveld, tot 3:00 snachts was het kabaam en er wordt niks aan gedaan. Zal zeker Venao aanraden, maar niet deze plek.

The attention of the staff and the atmosphere was excellent, however the cleanliness of the room was not appropriate, my daughter was stung by bedbugs while sleeping in her bed, the bathrooms were dirty of the previous tenants and the showers full of hair

Es mi primera vez en el hotel y la verdad la pasé increible con mis amigos. La comida y los cocteles son buenos!.. La habitación que me toco estaba muy limpia y comoda. Definitivamente el ambidnte en la noche estuvo muy bueno, con DJs, buena música. Considero que se debe revisar un poco la limpieza de los azulejos de la pisicina. Me encanto que es Pet Friendly. Solo debes pagaf 10 dólares x día. Lo recomiendo para trips de amigos, pareja o solos. Considerar que hay noches en donde hay mucho ruido por la música Slds, Grimilda
