I check in on July 17 at room 134 a soonest I walk in I notice a strong smell off humidity and cigarette smoke I was so tired I lady down in bed and I fall asleep right away and I woke up around 10 pm at night and I went to the office and requested to put me on a different room but unfortunately because of the ability it was imposible to be put in a different room I being told come back next morning I went to see but no rooms available so I check out Saturday 19 and go I request my refund pls

I Iimmediately had concerns about my stay as there was a group of three adults with plastic bags of belongings, household items camped out to the right of the main door, all sitting on the ground on their phones. But, I hoped my room would be satisfactory as the online photos reflected a new and modern appearance.The kitchen stove was dirty and inoperable. The bedside tables were sticky and scuffed. The walls and pain were scuffed and unclean. The floor has not been mopped. The bathroom shower area grout was broken and heavily stained. There was a 'dining table' which was also not cleaned and was holding the full size microwave. I still stayed since I was exhausted from a day of work and felt if I could just sleep that was my only priority at that point. From 7pm until approximately 12:30am there was the sound of dogs barking, yelping down the hall. I stuck my head out my door to identify the direction and it was toward the right from my room. I called and complained to the desk at about 11pm. I stepped on a cockroach in the bathroom and a second one scurried away. I tried to check out early in the morning and the employee tried to hold my charges hostage. I’m still waiting on a refund on days I did not stay. The worst hotel experience in my 40 years of traveling!!

There was nothing unique about our stay. They have roaches and one was alive on the bed.

this place was loud, dogs barking continuously. whole place smelled like cigarrette smoke no matter if i had a non smoking room. comforter had ciggarrete burns all over them. hallways dirty. so dirty my allergies couldnt handle it. only stayed 45 min after flying all day. very inconvenient. expedia picture is misleading. does not look nothing like the room. its filthy . worst hotel ive ever attempted to stay

The halls smells like animal urine & the rooms smells like an ashtray. The rooms were also filthy, like they didn’t actually clean them before we got there. There were used soap bars in the tub, other peoples hair on the walls in the bathroom, people’s belongings left in drawers, microwave was caked in food. Was very disappointed, but I guess you get what you pay for.

The room was good and spacious, the lobby reeked of cigarette smell, however the rooms did not had any foul smell. The room we got was really spacious and enough space for just the two of us which was really surprising. The major complaint that i have was the noise. We could hear a lot of noise throughout the night. I am unsure because we were given a room closer to the lobby or what, but it was really noisy in the entire night. There was a lot of movement that kept going on. Also we could hear the voices from adjacent rooms too. If not for the noise, i would have definitely given a 4 star rating to this motel.

The front desk has good service, but the cleaning service is not good.

There were so many roaches inside the room!!!! When I spoke to the front desk lady, there were roaches on the carpet and on the wall of front desk.

Turn the lights on in my room and roaches scattered from every direction. It’s safer to sleep in your car. Do not stay here!!
