Bathroom was tired and dated and had a small step up, perfect for stubbing your toe

Location can not be any better. The place is safe and clean. Only thing is you hear a lot of sound from other people walking in the hallway, I was lucky that my room neighbors weren’t loud people but if you are sensitive to sound than you might wanna reconsider

Excellent location in Bilbao old towns , located around the corner from pintxo bars and restaurants. Can be tricky to get to from airport due to hotel's location a short walk from roads. Interior rooms are very quiet but with little air flow . No air con A/C but there's a fan in the room . Communal kitchen has a refrigerator. Location is about 25 minute scenic and peaceful walk along the river to the Guggenheim

This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed. Check in was delayed for over 1h30m, just because the room was not cleaned as it should've to allow check-in at 2pm. So lack of lroper planning here. The room itself was isolated from the noise outside but you could hear everything inside, no sound proof whatsoever. Every single floorboard in the floor was loose and the screaky noise was too much. To go to the bathroom (which was properly cleaned every day) there is a high step as somehow the floor was raised, making it an accident in waiting. At check out we asked if we could leave our backpacks and the receptionist told us to use the paid lockers. This is outrageous as never been asked this in any other hotel in the world.! And the minimum they could've done after such a late check in. And by the way not mentioned in any hotel description but this hotel is on the 3rd floor of a building, though it does have a modern lift.

Ein tolles Hotel, nettes Personal, sehr gute Lage, ABER: Hier sollte dringend etwas mit den Türen gemacht werden. An allen vier Seiten große Spalte, sodass - sobald im Flur das Licht angeht - das Zimmer wirklich hell ist. Dazu kommt, dass man dadurch jedes Geräusch vom Flur hört (vor allem den knarzenden Boden und das Laute Schließen der Türen - knallt richtig). Diese - leicht zu lösende - Probleme überwunden, wäre es rundum perfekt!

Great location, although a little difficult to locate first time as it is on the third floor of an office block ! Rooms adequate with no frills not even a kettle ! But great spot for getting around Bilboa. Located in the Old Town. Close to Metro and Tram stops.

Excellent small hotel in the middle of Bilbao Casco Viejo. We were very pleased with the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If we ever return to Bilbao we will stay in the same location.

Arriving later in the evening, the front door was locked and there was very poor information and communication as how to get inside the building. The girl at reception could have simply came down and opened the door, but instead I was trying to have an online conversation as to how to gain entry, and at the same time trying to translate some text by the door to try and figure out how to get in. I was outside in the rain for nearly half an hour. Very poor communication and information if you don’t speak Spanish.

We were pleasantly surprised. Expected a small room with 2 single beds and a bathroom, ended up in a room that could sleep 4. Everything was clean, a little dated, but we found it ok. The hotel was central to old town bars, the cathedral and only 20 min walk to Guggenheim Museum.

We didn't get to stay here. Missed a train so we missed check in by a day. Our room Was gone for the 2nd day. Had to find another hotel on the fly

Very clean and tidy property, in the heart of the old town. It is very lively all the time but not as noisy as other people said. Room is tidied every day and you get clean towel if needed. Bed is made, bins are emptied every day as well. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and very informative. The only downside for me was that there are no coffee and tea facilities in the room and you have the communal area. It was a very good experience and i will definitely return!

Sehr einfach mit hostel-vibes. In der Dusche gibt es nur flüssigseife und der gesamte Boden war nach dem Duschen nass weil die Glasabdeckung undicht ist. Im Bad war ein langes schwarzes Haar auf dem Boden. Ansonsten in Ordnung wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat. Für eine Nacht ging es. Leider aber mit deutlich über 100 euro für eine Nacht deutlich zu teuer

Hyggeligt og trendy, men meget lydt. Fungerede fint med kode til alting og værelset og bad var i orden.
