Very disappointed

My whole room smelled like mildew. The AC smelled horrible. The bathroom smelled horrible. The hallway smell like rotting food.

Room smell musky, I think its from AC

Room was pretty clean, water in the shower I wish could have got hotter I also wish the water pressure in the shower could have been better, the bed was decent it does need more of a cushion it does get rough on the back after a few hours. The staff was really friendly check in was nice and easy. Ac was really cold which was very nice. Good location close to everything I needed. The property could use some fixing up.

The front desk clerk "Chantel" is very rude and unprofessional. She made racial moments several times when speaking with her and refused to allow me to speak with management. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I found bedbugs in my dresser drawers on my bed . I brought it to staffs attention to no avail.im still waiting on some type of reimbursement for sanitation fees.

The pictures on the website are deceptive. The restroom had yellow stains and so did the tub. Dead roaches in the closet. Mildew and mold on the air conditioner. The place smells like mold.
