Great location and service, but choose your room wisely Kitro Beach Hotel is ideally located right by the sea — the view is wonderful, and you can enjoy the beach just steps away. The breakfast is delicious and very generous, with plenty of variety. The staff are kind, welcoming, and very professional. However, the “economy” room is quite small for two adults. It’s manageable for a short stay, but for more comfort, I would recommend booking a superior room instead. Overall, a lovely hotel with great service and location.

The bathroom was very small.

We booked 2 double rooms with sea views costing the same price for each. One was ok but the other was half the size, very compact, with hardly any room around the bed and only a small built in wardrobe. Small dressing table but unusable due to having a fridge beneath. Air conditioning unit had some nasty stain on it and only gave a faint blast of cool air with all doors and windows shut otherwise it shut off completely. Sea view from small balcony was amainly of derelict buildings. The other room we booked was the opposite blasting out very cold air all the time so could only be used sparingly. Shower room was very small, shower tray and head dirty and toilet seat disgustig with blood / poo stains. Informed reception but told someone would see to it later which wasn,t good as we had just arrived and there was no other toilet in the building. This hotel appears to be understaffed the ones we saw were very pleasant though, all 3 of them. Best bit is breakfast area overlooking the beach and food and drinks all fine.

Hard to find as it’s not on a street open to traffic.

Right on the water with an amazing view a few restaurants right outside your door and shops in walking distance. You couldn’t fault this place

Close to the beach

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på Kitro Beach hotell! Vi hadde balkong med utsikt over den idylliske stranden like nedenfor, sengene var behagelige, personalet var svært hjelpsomme og vennlige, og vi følte oss virkelig godt ivaretatt!

Bel hôtel, mais douche très très petite. Pas facilement accessible, rue piétonne. Vue imprenable sur la baie de Agios Nikolaos.

Well located right on the harbor. Nice breakfast one can take at the outdoor tables. It is not possible to drive to the front of the hotel, so a certain amount of carrying luggage is necessary. Nearby parking is always an issue. We parked behind the hotel by the commercial harbor.

Crisp modern hotel with generous room and bathroom. Our balcony was a good size with sea views...my booking choice. Quiet street...hard to find but good parking area within 50 yds. Walk through lobby to restaurant and beachfront. Receptionist very helpful.

The perfect position to explore the town.

Stayed in a beachview room during 7 nights and had an amazing stay. It started with problems regarding my booking was lost in the system, but the staff was very helpful and everything was sorted out by day 2. The room is a bit dated but has everything you need and the balcony 100% makes up for it. The breakfast was very good, especially the location besides the sea (and don’t miss the Greek yoghurt!). The location is also perfect; close to town but still quiet.

Mensen super vriendelijk. Ligging fantastisch midden in stadje, aan een strandje. Alles netjes. Badkamer wat aan de kleine kant verouderd. Vooral ligging en vriendelijkheid en netheid super.
