Very enjoyable stay, travelling solo and appreciated the 24/7 front desk who were all lovely. Close to some great bars and restaurants for drink or dinner and to walk home safely. Beautiful quaint property with lovely colourful decorations. Room was comfortable enough though the mattress was very firm and water pressure a bit light. Not deal breakers for me though. The restaurant attached is small and generally only open for breakfast and lunch, maybe because was quiet at hotel but while food was fine, given Oaxacan cuisine is amazing I was expecting more and would have eaten elsewhere on reflection but was convenient and amaZing views over city towards San Domingo church. Would recommend as a lovely spot to explore Oaxaca from and be very comfortable and excellent service :)

Buen servicio y atención.

We had a lovely time at this hotel with our family of 5 - staying in 2 rooms. We loved the outdoor terrace space. We enjoyed breakfast and midday snacks at the restaurant. The workout room is well equipped which we did use on some rainy days. Beds were firm, clean and comfortable. The hotel is charming with a welcoming and very helpful staff. It is a short enjoyable walk to Oaxaca sites.

Location is very convenient, at the edge of the city center but still within walking distance. The jacuzzi and spa area closes at 7pm, this was unexpected as is regarded as private area for the suite. Couldn't find that in the policies online in Expedia. Better cleaning in the shower is commendable as there was black mold behind the window curtain. The door curtain could be darker and thicker, it lets the light and voices in.

Everything was wonderful , pillow cases were kinda smelly at first .

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue excelente. La limpieza fue impecable, tanto en la habitación como en las áreas comunes, lo cual es algo que valoro muchísimo. La ubicación es inmejorable, a muy poca distancia del centro, lo que facilita moverse caminando a los principales puntos de interés. El descanso fue muy placentero, gracias a la comodidad de las camas y la tranquilidad del lugar. Además, el restaurante ofrece platillos deliciosos, y todo el personal fue siempre amable, atento y servicial. Nos brindaron muy buenas recomendaciones para nuestra estancia. El hotel cuenta con caja de seguridad, y el acceso está muy bien controlado, lo que brinda una gran sensación de seguridad. En general, es un lugar hermoso, cuidado y con un excelente servicio. Sin duda, lo recomiendo y volvería a hospedarme aquí.

El hotel está bien ubicado, atención por parte del personal muy buena. Único pero, es el estacionamiento que no está cerca la propiedad, el horario es limitado y nos pidieron cooperación económica por qué el hotel solo cubre las noches y no el día. Consideren $70 pesos extra por día de estacionamiento.

The property was lovely with a lot of charm and excellent service. I didn't give it five stars just because the motorcycles were all stored in the lobby area, and it looked unappealing.

Close to historic sites and amazing restaurants and bars. I enjoyed walking everywhere in town from it. This place has all the amenities I needed, including a daily carafe of water in the room and an AC unit. The only issue I had was the doorbell of the hotel. It does not function well. Often pressing the doorbell did not notify the front desk.

The property was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. We loved the rustic feel of the hotel.

The historic buildings and views made the stay Fantastic.

Hotel was VERY clean. Loved the charm and colors! Price and location was great, easy access to Centro and easy access to taxis. Only downside was the bathroom was very hot and because of the vent on the door the smell of the bathroom would fill the room. Other than that everything was good and would definitely recommend it!

Está a 3 cuadras de la iglesia de Santo Domingo. las habitaciones esta bien, cumplen con lo necesario, el baño si es muy pequeño, muy buena atención por parte del personal del hotel

This property was so beautiful with courtyard gardens and cafe, terraza and roof top Jacuzzi with panoramic views! It made the longer walk from the bus station worth it! It was only 10 minutes from the Zocolo in Centre and close to several nearby parks and churches and cafes and restaurants. I would highly recommend. The view alone is spectacular and not to be missed!
