we rent the room for 5 nights and the was no air conditioner in the room very poor service and stuff i don’t recommend this place at all

Bien pour le prix. Bon déjeuner, près de Montréal, aussi belles activités à faire sur l'île Bernard, dont le refuge pour oiseaux.

This was a great option for me - convenient, comfortable and affordable, with an excellent location on the river, helpful staff and yummy breakfast.

No toilet paper in the room no AC throughout the hotel pool has been closed for many years. No ice bucket debit machine was rejecting my credit card until putting in manually. Mosquitoes in room.

The complimentary breakfast was exceptional. Fresh eggs, ham, sausages, pancakes, fresh mixed berries and greek yogurt. Different kinds of tea, bread. Just more than any other motels offer.

La chambre était beaucoup trop petite

When I arrived in Thursday I was given a room with a private bathroom. My refrigerator was not in the room like I had asked for it to be. I even called the day before to remind them. The shower was very hot so I had to take a sponge bath. I went to the front desk and they moved me to a room with it all. But only for one night. The next morning I went to the front desk and they said to come back in an hour to see what they can come up with. I went back and they moved me to a room with it all but the shower didn't work so I had to use the public bathroom. That was not a great experience. For three free breakfast? It was awful. Runny or over dry eggs. Potatatoes were dry. Dried or pancakes. Pastries tastes like chemicals. Fruit cocktail tastes chemically. Beautiful sunset. Place was beautiful and a lot of history. I will go back if I get everything I think I reserved.

The room was awesome and clean, but there was not a TV, or microwave. The buffet breakfast was great. The gym was not a real gym. The swimming pool has been abandoned.

Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent full breakfast, very helpful and efficient checki-in staff, all on beautiful grounds right on tbe waterfront of Lac St Louis. Excellent value for the price. Recommend highly.

Adoré mon séjour. Les espaces commun, chambre et salle de bain propre et bien entretenu. Un peu déçu que la piscine ne soit pas en service parcontre. Belle endroit calme, bel espace pour relaxer.

Great historic scenic site.

Le Manoir d’Youville est un hébergement pratique dans un environnement enchanteur. Ça répond plus au besoin immédiat de se loger qu’un hébergement de luxe. Ça peut ressembler à un Auberge de Jeunesse. Lorsque tu connais le type d’hébergement et le prix tu ne peux qu’être satisfait. C’est une option pratique à moindre coûts. J’y retournerai sans inquiétudes.

Intéressant comme site. La nature est au rendez-vous. Chambre petite, propre très peu de commodité. Pas de frigidaire, pas de tv

Wonderful property to enjoy quiet and peaceful surroundings

Le déjeuner et le café était excellent.

J'ai aimé être dans un endroit tout près de la nature. Très apaisant.

The location is lovely (Saint Bernard Island). The rooms are relatively clean, but old (and not renovated). Especially the bathrooms need better maintenance and in some cases complete renovation. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are lots of mosquitos in rooms at night that the hotel needs to do something about it.
