Pleasantly surprised at the hotel and how nice it was. The pool area was clean and relaxing with the steam and sauna being well maintained. Breakfast was fantastic.

Lovely stay as usual, but I must say, that although the Bar is supposed to be open 24x7, some theatre goers and I, were waiting 15 mins to get served at the bar, we were told by the Night Porter, that he had just come on!! I think if they advertise this service, bar 24x7, then it should be service at all times, as the Theatre goers said, it was one of the main reasons they booked the Hotel, so they could get a drink after the performance. Everything else was great service, Spa facilities are very good, pool open early for a swim, 7am and they have members too who use it!! Great facilities!! Great stay!!

Good location, 10 mins to the pier (20 back though !) We stayed in the Lodge and the room was fine. Good breakfast, plenty of choice. My only grumble was the bathroom. As an older person I had a problem getting in/out of the bath in order to shower. No additional rails.

Room was quite shabby. Shower was barely a dribble. We reported the shower but it was met with indifference. Gym poorly equipped. No toilet in changing room. Parking spaces very narrow. Hotel not worth the £100 a night. Breakfast limited but passable

Everything was good but the internet. it was a terrible connection, it was keep dropping...

Aside from the 6am fire alarm it was a great stay, comfortable

The hotel had a nice indoor pool, a good breakfast and the staff were all helpful and friendly. It’s a short walk to the seafront and into town. Our room was in the lodge - a separate building but adjacent to main hotel, all clean and a decent sized room. Small print stuff…Our parking was chargeable but I think I read somewhere that it’s free if you book directly with the hotel. We also paid a £50 refundable deposit per room per night.

Never had to queue into a car park to check in before. Incredibly slow and only one member of staff. Had to provide my details even though I’d checked in online and entered everything on Holiday.com website. One member of staff for Sat breakfast who was completely overwhelmed and couldn’t keep up with topping up food and cleaning tables. Lodge felt dirty and front doors constantly broken. The whole place needs a refresh! Thanks for regular 5.30am wake up calls from the bin lorries or deliveries. Just what you want when taking a break. Very mediocre hotel and I won’t be booking there again.

Lovely addition to the main hotel. Very clean great location. You can use all the facilities in the main hotel. Great breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Breakfast was great. Car charging was limited but I booked it and very reasonable rate. Didn’t use the spa but plenty did and seemed happy

Walls so thin we could hear every word of conversation next door. No plugs next to beds. Pillows very uncomfortable. Disappointing.
