Never had to queue into a car park to check in before. Incredibly slow and only one member of staff. Had to provide my details even though I’d checked in online and entered everything on Holiday.com website. One member of staff for Sat breakfast who was completely overwhelmed and couldn’t keep up with topping up food and cleaning tables. Lodge felt dirty and front doors constantly broken. The whole place needs a refresh! Thanks for regular 5.30am wake up calls from the bin lorries or deliveries. Just what you want when taking a break. Very mediocre hotel and I won’t be booking there again.

Lovely addition to the main hotel. Very clean great location. You can use all the facilities in the main hotel. Great breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Friendly staff, Pool and Hot tub are a great addition.

Breakfast was great. Car charging was limited but I booked it and very reasonable rate. Didn’t use the spa but plenty did and seemed happy

Walls so thin we could hear every word of conversation next door. No plugs next to beds. Pillows very uncomfortable. Disappointing.

Room had a double socket loose, shower was really poor pressure and had to hold it to shower as water hardly came out, travel cot had a whole in the side, aircon didn’t work on heat.

Yeah room.was lovely and breakfast was great booked on here , pay parking £12 if you booked accommodation on this site . But there are spots to park around for free . Had to wait till 3.45 to get into my room as wasn't ready . Heard other people asking for refund . Value for money I would say . I was unlucky as idiots in room next door with loud music gone past 11.30 pm . Hotel should do stuff about this . Lift wasn't working old people watch out ,

Very run down, stale smelling and dated. Both my partner and I woke up with bed bug bites. Confirmed by a pharmacist. Absolutely shocking.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Spa facilities are really nice and well maintained. Overall very good value for money. The breakfast buffet is also very good 👍

The room was above a function for a wedding so was noisy all night and during the night. Bathroom door just slide across so not very private. Breakfast was limited, so they cooked some fresh but left the original on the plate and we had to ask to keep it warm. The second morning the freshly cooked food was just tipped on top of the older food in the warmer plates.

Room needed updating , walls in places grubby and floorboards creaked . Be careful when paying at bar and restaurant and get a receipt .

Our room was in an annexe away from main hotel very dated rooms basic pillows wafer thin. Temperamental TV. Breakfast buffet not like photos the reality is tinned prunes tinned peaches,hard bread, cereals topped up ontop of old cereal, hot food ok but tinned mushrooms, thick chewy bacon and sausages that could go threw a tank. For the price dont restrict yourself theres better cafes outside we ate it twice on our stay and disappointed both times. Swimming pool was nice but think they may be selling memberships to non residents as it was busy and certainly not for relaxing good if you want to do lengths. Once again needs a good refurbishment. Hotel looks good but there certainly is better for less. Disappointing!!
