Rooms are outdated, dark, musty, small and air conditioning doesn’t work.

Great theming in the resort, great to get park tickets included in our stay, but the resort was under staffed and staff often came across as rude and unhelpful, checkin was over 40 minute wait, poor ac throughout the complex, especially in the rooms - we did pick this up on resort and were told maintenance would be sent, they never arrived. Minimal info provided at checkin, €2 per towel for hire plus €15 euro deposit which we had to collect from reception, again over 10 minutes wait for this. We booked bed and breakfast board, had to make a reservation for breakfast. Pool area was great, large pool, bar and restaurant but no pool service for drinks, and it was normal to wait over 30 minutes to be served, we only ordered soft drinks which were flat so not great. As expected normal inflated hotel prices. Minimal cleaning took place through the day around the pool so by the end of the day there was a lot of rubbish everywhere. Food was dire at the hotel, breakfast managed to have boiled egg and bread, poor quality fruit on offer. The children tried the lunch offering by the pool, again poor quality food, we ended up going into Salou for evening meals which was a 30 minute walk. Found the food at Amazon the secret jungle fantastic. We stayed 2 nights - this was enough for us. I wouldn’t return, it’s a shame as the resort has huge potential but is not being reached.

The breakfast was fantastic and the price we paid for the overall package was incredible. Only issues is as we booked the hotel roulette we weren’t told which hotel we were staying at out of the onsite hotels at the park so we had to work it out for ourselves. We also booked a triple room which said 3 single beds but it was a double and a single, being told they don’t do triple rooms. Apart from that I can not fault it.

Booked a room for 3 Adults which was meant to have 3 single beds. This however was not provided and staff were very unhelpful when it came to rectifying the problem. Was told there were no rooms featuring 3 single beds despite the booking specifically saying it did feature this. The room consisted of a large bed which featured 2 small double frames pushed together, however it only had 1 mattress on it, so was not separatable, it also featured 1 sheet. The single bed provided was clearly meant for a child and not long enough for an adult. Receptionist blamed Hotels.com for having the listing saying 3 single beds, however surely its down to the actual hotel/resort to put their room listings up with the correct bed configurations, had the listing said the room featured a large double and child pull out bed we wouldn't have booked it.

Allocated a room in Iguana block - very strong smell of cannabis. Not great first impressions or aroma for a family hotel. Room was clean on arrival, but looked tired and dated. Very thin walls and poor window insulation, we could hear the person next door snoring and sound of the train announcements from the station. Also very cramped for a family of 4, two double beds pushed together - very cosy!! There was a big clump of black hair that sat outside our room for the duration of our stay (3 nights) - the corridors needed a good vacuum. The lift was broken upon arrival and still not fixed when we left. Breakfast was busy, but had good variety and was well stocked. We used the luggage storage facility on departure costing 6euros. The machine glitched meaning our luggage was stuck as the door would not open!! Fortunately the concierge on duty was very helpful and was able to reboot the system and release the door. Not sure it’s 4*.

Dîner et petit déjeuner horrible un monde fou qui ne resepecte pas les horaires . Pas de fromages au dîner ni de la viande .

Je n ai pas apprécié de ne pas recevoir de mail de hotel.com pour nous indiquer ou etait notre hotel roulette. Personne n a repondu à nos différents mails. Nous avons donc dû nous débrouiller par nous mêmes et sommes allés à l hotel el paso. Heureusement c etait celui-là. L hotel etait tres bien pour le parc. Un peu bruillant le restaurant et le soir dans les chambres.

Très beau décor. Repas tres bons ! Chambres très mal insonorisées. Beaucoup de bruit. Beaucoup d'attente pour enregistrements ou simple demande de renseignements a l'accueil en soirée. Idem fille d'attente resto a partir de 20h, et le matin a partir de 9h !!

Terrible. Booked a room with 4 beds to be given acroom with two tiny doubles pudhed together. Staff told me thats all they had tough.

Never sent which hotel to go to. Very panicky on day. The rooms were lovely but staff could be friendlier. On the Saturday morning the pool and breakfast bar were closed. No one bothered to inform the guest. Then at 10.45am when we were collecting our belongings from the room the cleaner decided to tell us to leave and unlocked my childrens riom with her master keycard. She had no right to enter univited. I told her we had until 11am and she agreed so why enter peoples rooms. Very unprovessional.

Hôtel très bien placé et avec des prestations excellentes, prendre en pention complète pour éviter toute frustration. Seul point négatif, le personnel n'est pas assez ferme avec les clients qui font preuve d'incivilités comme par exemple du gaspillage de nourriture ou bien des mégots dans le sable autour de la piscine... C'est dommage...

Pensión completa pero para comer debes pagar a parte !! y las bebidas a parte también. Una cosa increíble. No te llevan la maleta hasta la habitación. Los colchones bastante bien. La piscina estupenda. El servicio bien pero incompleto. Falta información.

Not 4 star but could not argue with the value for money.

Wir bekamen beim Roulette das El Paso. Schönes Familienhotel, sehr sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, wie man es in einem Freizeitpark eben erwartet. Der Pool war riesig und man gelangt in ca 5-8 Minuten mit Kindern zu Fuß in den Park. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen sicher wieder.

L’air conditionné fonctionnait à peine. Nous avons donc eu très chaud et difficile de dormir. Pas de machine à glace ni de mini frigo. Hôtel Bien situé et très propre. Très longue attente à la réception pour le Check in. La piscine est vraiment très bien. En général très bien
