Clean, convenient off the highway with helpful staff.

The room (201) was huge. 2 Bedrooms, full kitchen, dining and large living room. Staff was very helpful and attentive. The beds were fairly comfortable, but it’s time they were upgraded

Older property that is in need of update. In a commercial area of Barrie far from services such as restaurants. In my opinion this does not rate as a BW Plus.

Staff very friendly. Overall it was clean and well kept. Visually, the property is a bit drab in exterior colours. The experience was all right as a whole. For the time of year and how empty the place was for a Sunday night, a better price might be in order.

would of been nice if it had a spa, the fitness room was out of order while we stayed there.

Upon entering the room the light did not work. We did not report this to the desk.

Our stay was great. From our greeting at the front desk, housekeeping and breakfast attendant the staff here were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, quiet and breakfast was a bonus.

Not BW chain std as expected as told hotel is now privately owned . Security patrolling halls on 1st night -unsure why . Police present next morning in hotel - no reason given to guests - feeling of unsafe . Stayed 2 nights . Was not informed of construction around hotel prior to booking which made for a very noisy and dusty stay - in morning - found our parked car coated in layer of dust ! No toiletries provided in room unless requested , which I did each night and had to go pick up myself at front desk- no delivery to room as limited staff . Adequate bkft but very limited seating regardless of time , so guests taking bkft to go or back to room to eat .Bkft only till 930am each day . No light housekeeping ( eg change towels , empty garbage , high touch wipe down, replenish toiletries ) provided unless requested - which I again did prior to 2nd night stay - but not done . One elevator in hotel - long wait (5-10 min ) as constantly used by housekeeping staff w/ trolley & equipment - so had to use stairs - issue for those with mobility issues and on upper floors .Location not great with limited dining options and construction . Pool ok - indoor and not heated - no hot tub as told was sealed over . Price - too expensive( 300$ per night ) for what it is worth. Will not recommend this hotel moving forward .
