Room very small

Waited over 5 minutes to be noticed in reception to check in, got charged twice, VERY noisy highway traffic. Would choose somewhere quieter to stay next time.

Room was terrible and fan inside the bathroom was so noisy.

Old style, out-dated room, small space for couple. No kitchenette sink, so you will have to use the bathroom basin to rinse and wash dishes.

This is an older style tired motel only partly updated. The room was small, of average quality and overpriced. On the plus side, bed and bath linens were new and of good quality. The hot water was truly hot and water pressure was adequate. The TV was Hisense. On the negative side, neither the room ceiling fan nor the bathroom exhaust fan worked. A/c worked fine. Garden surrounds were pleasant. Access was good and proximity to highway and town centre was its best feature.

Lady on desk not very welcoming. Very basic. Curtain torn in room. Sheets smelt unclean. Not worth $150.

Property and surrounds need upgrading urgently.

As a visiting tourist, I was unaware that this was a motel, I was expecting a hotel with rooms within the framework of a principal building. In addition I was also under the impression that other public rooms would be available to access. In fact there were non. Overall the room provided was clean and the one member of staff I actually met was friendly. Overall I left after two nights disappointed with the booking.
