Parking was difficult but there was an overflow area next door in JB Hi Fi car park which was locked with a key provided to access. Traffic was very noisy. Property dated but clean. Probably would t stay there again, although very good location

Close to shops and city centre. Room provided all I needed for my stay.

Staff are incredible! I've stayed here for work on multiple occasions and staff have gone out of their way to make it a fantastic stay.

Clean room, access to kettle microwave toaster and fridge, would be better if there was water in the fridge rather than having to fill the kettle in the bathroom. Tidy bathroom, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and shaving cream all provided.

It was what I needed - a basic room for the night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was small but that was totally ok for what I wanted. Found at least 2 powerpoints that didn't work - no biggie but letting you know. Oh and room 26 is right beside the delivery door for the restaurant next door, so a 5am delivery truck reversing literally meters from your bed is loud! There are way better options for reverse alarms now, stop using the old fashioned beep beep ones and use BBS for everyone's sake pease delivery people!

Great location Quiet room

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was big, clean tidy and had products needed, toaster, iron, towels, kettle, shower and skin supplies, tea, coffee, sugar, air con, fan. Very close to everything.
