I like staying at this property because it is in a convenient location for banks and stores like Shoppers Drug Mart, parking is plentiful, it’s great for dog owners to walk in a safe area, there are lots of food choices both take out and eat in restaurants within walking distance many are open later. There is a public library across the road that allows for out of town guests to use day passes for the computers/copiers. The beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Air conditioning and heat work well. Microwaves and fridges are clean and work well in any room I’ve ever stayed in. TV has plenty of stations. Wifi works well. The staff are always helpful and kind and the other guests are often friendly, helpful and respectful. Room rates are good and if you keep your expectations in check about getting what you pay for you will be pleasantly surprised by this property. I will stay again and would be happy staying for more than a couple of nights. Thank you Knight’s Inn.

This was truly one of the worst motels at which I've ever stayed. The room was too warm, and the thermostat was broken. Worse still, the deadbolt on the door wasn't even functional; the screws were loose and it didn't connect at the proper spot. I understand that the price for the room was quite low, and so potential guests should revise their expectations. But frankly, the lack of maintenance was shocking.

There was no hot tub on site that i seen the room wasn't the cleanest but it was ok also parking was right at your front door

There were literally hookers standing in the doorways of their rooms. I did open the door to the room, looked around and say questionable stains on the chairs, the beds were hard and sagging and the bathroom was disgusting. Went right back to the office and said my daughter and I will not say here. I expect a refund.

The staff member at check-in was great; nice and friendly. It goes downhill from there. First of all, the door to the room was warped. You could only shut it properly from the inside without slamming the door. The TV didn't work. Correction: the TV worked but the cable didn't. The room is in SERIOUS need of a paint job; especially behind the chair in the room. The mattress was so awful! I swear it hasn't been changed from the 70s. Hardly any padding, you could feel the springs, and the mattress was noisy. There was a hooker at the hotel. I know this because I took my dog out for a pee and a girl asked me if I wanted to "party". Ya...no thanks. I stayed at this motel a few weeks ago and the room was SO much better.

The only thing good was the price. Was booked by a friend who just looked at the pictures.

The room was very run down. The bed was lousy. The power outlet was an electrical fire looking for an excuse to happen. I deeply regret all the poor life decisions that led to my choosing to stay there. But hey, on the plus side, there were only one or two visible ants, so...I guess there could have been more? Yay.

It was what you would expect from a lower-priced motel. The place was decently clean but not immaculate, shower temperature was fine. It's just run down. The staff were very nice and accommodating though, moved me to a better room and cheerfully supplied more towels. Also the location was good and near good food and the waterfront, plus only a few mins from the highway.

We didn’t at night time because in our there is scratching on the wall. We don’t is the rat or mouse. And the sink is clog

The room was very outdated. We were desperate and needed a place to spend the night. The curtains were hanging off the windows. The chair arm rest was broken. The room had an odor. The bed was very creaky and uncomfortable. We got the hot tub room and after cleaning it ourself that was the only nice amenity. Half of the lamps didn’t work. The AC looked like it was going to fall out the wall. This hotel was not great. Nothing like the pictures. Don’t even waste your money.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! We checked in opened the room and there was two rats that ran towards under the bed so I ran out screaming to the front desk, I should have asked for a refund right there! But there was other customers, so I let the guy give me another room. I opened the room my husband went into the bathroom I checked the bed and there was bed bug feces all over the corners of the mattress no mattress cover and dead bugs so I ran out screaming to the front desk and ask for a refund then the guy tried to charge me for a cleaning fee when I didn't even do anything in the room the room wasn't even clean to begin with There was dried blood on the side of the bedsheet as well. Finally after arguing with the guy he refunded me not all but some. Absolutely disgusting!!! The way the guy came out of the back reminded me of Norman Bates LOL

The room was reasonable for budget accommodation. That said, I was woken by loud noise at 5am and the unexpected arrival of police at the inn, which made for an unsettling experience. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied, though I do recognize that not everything that occurred was within the inn's control.

We didn't stay. Took one look at the room and walked back out.

Was surprised at the sorry state of the room. Lots of broken things around the room (light socket, towel hanger, about 30% of power outllet not functional) Will not recommend to others.

Love going to Knights Inn staff is friendly property is nice owners are great would definitely recommend it

Boken window frames, broken locks didnt stay the night. Refund not allowed but we didnt know how bad it was till we arrived

Staff was the only saving grace. Place was dirty and smelled like mold and cigarettes. Sheets had holes burned in them. The $10 for an extra hour of sleep was nice. Overall you get what you pay for.

Beds/sheets were clean, interior was clean, exterior of facilities need cleaning. It was quiet and without noisy guests. The hotel was more reminiscent of a motel.

Rooms were dirty, towels in the bathroom were dirty, lights weren't working, had bugs in the room, there was a chewing gum stuck on the nightstand, bed sheets were dirty had hair on it probably from the previous guests.

nice and affordable
