Tutto buono, nella media.

Simple Room with private bathroom comfortable enough and very clean. Quiet, never woke up with any noise. Breakfast included. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend for an affordable stay in Caldas da Rainha town centre.

Hotel con servizi essenziali: phon, asciugamani più di uno per ospite, cestino rifiuti con sacco, tv, bidet. Letti comodi. Ben organizzato, pulito e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione inclusa semplice. Per il prezzo pagato assolutamente consigliato.

Quarto pequeno para 3 pessoas , sem mini bar como estava na reserva, barulho do elevador , constantemente, wc minúsculo, mobiliário antigo , colchão muito ruidoso, roupa de cama antiga e lençóis com manchas. Pequeno almoço razoável.

Roupa de cama desactualizada. Ruído sonoro toda a noite, vindo do exterior, de compressor de refrigeração ou aquecimento. Preço, muito acessível.

O hotel precisa de renovação. O quarto estava limpo, contudo quer o mobiliário é extremamente antigo, os colchões de molas deveriam ser substiuidos urgentemente pois não proporcionam conforto a dormir. Devido ao facto de o hotel de uma forma geral estar envelhecido tem um cheiro um pouco a mofo / humidade.

The hotel was smelling very bad. Very outdated.

Staff were friendly & helpful, but parking was a bit of a pain, as they only had 2 spots, and if they were taken, then you had to park at an underground parkade down the street... still free, but was a bit of a hassle when trying to leave the parkade with the hotel pass. The room was older, but clean and comfortable enough. Continental breakfast was nothing amazing, but good... more than adequate. Good, cheaper option to stay rather than paying much more to stay in Obidos.

Convenient location, great bed. Rooms and bathroom were small. That was only issue.

We had read the review on this Hotel about being musty - it is just a little, but very clean everywhere. Its an old hotel, old beds but somewhat comfortable. Ver nice and helpful staff. Front desk we dealt with 2 people both spoke very good English - For the price this is a very nice overnight stay. There was a humming noise coming from a nearby building ( I wear hear plugs and it was OK) Breakfast while simple it was nice - the old gentleman made us espressos to go with regular coffee. We have stayed at worst Holiday Inn's

First night I spend fighting mosquitos. Everyday cleaning staff left open window and I got more of them. I hac to go couple days earlier and, I left behind charging cables for phone and tablet, wrote email to hotel asking if they find it so, my friend would pickup it. No answer.

The man at the desk did not even lift his head up to great me. The hotel is very dark, especially in the hallway before getting into the room which had a musty smell. The bathroom smelled like sewage. The hotel is so old, the bed is not comfortable and creaks like the rest of the furniture. I did not sleep well if not at all and was very disappointed. Traveling alone I did not feel safe and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I chose it because of the proximity to the city center and that was the only thing that was going for it.
