Probably the best onsen spot in Arima! The staff and service was remarkable. They serve you handmade matcha and Kinoko odango when you arrive. The experience and atmosphere felt as if I came to Japan's country side.

御部屋係の方、の対応が宜しくなかった事。

お部屋、大浴場もとても清潔でした。アメニティも充実していましたし、夕食も朝食（和食）もとても美味しくてスゴく良かったです。宿泊費、少し奮発した甲斐がありました(⌒▽⌒)

Welcome macha tea at the lobby with a view of wonderful garden is just a start. They have 'gold' and 'silver' hot spa to enjoy. Public baths are good size and clean with outdoor area. Both dinner and breakfast are tasty with beautiful presentation and we enjoyed eating in our room. All staff members are well trained and courteous to show hospitality. We ended up checking out at noon, and stroll around Arima. Next time, we will hike to Rokko area from here. Thanks for a great stay.

7階　角部屋で眺めも良く　夜の窓からの夜景が雪も降っていて素敵でした サービスも良くスタッフも丁寧な対応で良い思い出になりました 料金は高めでしたが納得できました

Absolutely amazing service, delicious in room kaiseki, and a very relaxed atmosphere due to the lack of children

Everything was impressive, hotel has a traditional feel but then it has upkeep its condition and facilities with modern facilities and look. Room amenities provided are of high quality. Many bice decorations throughout hotel and hallways that give a very zen feeling.

お部屋も広く快適でした。浴衣やスリッパが暖めてあったり、おもてなしが最高でした。グランドホテルのお風呂も使えて、送迎もして下さるので高齢の母との旅行でも安心でした。 有馬温泉の魅力を再発見。 また伺いたいお宿でした。

旅行中とても満足な時間を過ごすことができました。お部屋も清潔で快適でした。お食事も美味しく、また接客も素晴らしいものでした。

大型宿泊施設でありながら、きめ細かい気遣いを感じました、スタッフの方々が常に客目線で動いていました。至れり尽くせりのことばがぴったりです。温泉も良く、何度も泊まりたくなるホテルでした。又是非宿泊したいと思います。

시설들이 다 깨끗하고 좋아요 직원도 너무 친절해서 감사해서 미안할 정도로 친절하고 대접 받고 와서 기분 좋아요

部屋風呂がいつでも入れて寛げてとても良かった。

Very good location, staff services was excellent. We have book a half-board, dinner and breakfast was a bit too Japanese traditional style, might not be suitable for everyone.

建物は少し古いが、清潔感も有り居心地が良かった。

いつ来ても素晴らしホテル

今回、初めて宿泊させていただきましたが、年齢制限もあり大人向け滞在型旅館として満足できるものでした。チェックアウトまで利用できる金泉の大浴場（水素水サーバーも設置）、ラウンジでのフリードリンク、客室内には横たわれるタイプのソファなどアメニティの充実と接遇（接客）、枕の種類も数種類から選択できたり、朝食の料理の選択など、すべてお客側視点を感じ良かったです。街中どこへ行くにも利便性は申し分ありません。欲を言えば、ラウンジに常備している焼き菓子、夕食の量が少し物足りなかったと感じました。また訪れたい旅館です。
