the room was great the bathroom floor tiles had grout missing but clean. the room was quiet and a very nice room. Ice machine was an inconvenience as you had to go to the main floor laundry room to get it as the ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work. The wall ac blows cold air right on the bed when you are sleeping and it is very noisy.

Comfortable beds, clean facility and good hot breakfast.

While the room was very comfortable, and the lobby was inviting, the hallway on my floor was in bad shape. The carpet was very worn and wrinkled and in dire need of replacement.

The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The gym was nice to have and in decent condition with decent options. The common areas such as hallway carpets and walls were in need of some repair or upgrade

The bed was creeky and so was the carpet. The carpet in the hallway was rolling and buckling. The curtain (blind) in the room was full of holes and broken couldn't close it all the way.

The time there was ok.

The property is very tired looking. The carpets are old, dirty and lifting. The elevators were incredibly slow.

The hotel was well kept and for the most part the rooms were clean. Suggest deep clean on curtains, inside windows and bed skirts. Breakfast is wonderful !

Carpets in hallways frayed and buckled. Upholstery needs updating, worn and tired. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast average.

We were so disappointed by the state of disrepair. Even their sign was falling apart. We paid extra to stay here expecting that it would always be worth but this didn't come close to the standard that we grew accustomed to for Hampton.

Never saw a property so over run with gophers ! The first room we checked into was not cleaned by housekeeping yet Carpets and mats were loose and hazardous

The room felt dated and old The hot tub was cold and were told they cant fix it till Monday...we there for the weekend for a ball tournament The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms wete big

Property is clean but needs updating ( carpet, furniture)

This property is showing its age, looking tired. Stayed on the second floor and the carpet is in rough shape and dangerously loose and buckled down the middle of the hallway. Need some maintenance and some things replaced. Furnishings in the lobby were getting threadbare and appear too soiled to be desirable seating choices.

great for business trip. Breakfast is great. I will come back for sure!

Hotel is in need of repair, Don’t waste your money paid 166.00 stay somewhere else. Carpets on the 4th floor hallway are a trip hazard, light switch in our room was broken there was mold in the bathroom, Power failure in hotel and no emergency lights were working. Complete darkness for 20 min. Had to walk up the stairs in total darkness.

No water pressure, signage warn, shower head terrible and no water pressure, broken tiles, carpets in halls bubbling and trip hazard. Breakfast was average at best. Beds good. Location good. Staff friendly. AC worked well but very loud and off and on all night so tough to sleep. Lots of noise from people above and from hallways.
