Excelente servicio de limpieza,comida,meseros atentos, todo el personal excelente . Nos gustaría las instalaciones que tengan mejor mantenimiento , ya que el hotel está bonito pero ya se ve deteriorado. Alberca mosaicos, jardines.

Un lugar agradable para descansar

No hubo agua caliente la primera noche. No pudieron solucionarlo hasta la mañana del siguiente dia. Falta mantenimiento.

Hotel muy bonito, tranquilo y cómodo, con jacuzzi y la alberca calientita. La atención excelente. Sería recomendable que mejoren el servicio de regadera pues se tarda en salir el agua caliente por lo que se desperdicia agua.

Great stay at this beautiful 300 year old mansion! Service was great - food was good but quite spendy. Very clean - pool was great and very secure property.

Me gusto el servicio del personal pero no me gusto dejar la llave de mi cuarto cada vez que salia. Tampoco salia agua lo suficiente para ban̈arse, no habia television, ni refrigerador bueno en pocas palabras nada. no volveria mas a ese lugar ni lo recomendaria.

The staff was super friendly and polite but the property itself was not the best. The rooms are rustic which is great but the utilities are so out dated. Minimal water comes out when you shower, the toilet does not work half of the time when trying to flush. The front desk will ask you for your ROOM KEY if you are stepping out. I have never stayed in a hotel who will keep your own room key. It made me feel hesitant about my belongings. The staff was amazing. I just wish the hotel was half of what the pictures showed.
