I will stay there again it was a walk to get to main areas . getting into parking was a bit confussing

Nice property close to the French Quarter. 5-10 minute walk to Bourbon Street, 2 or 3 blocks from Louis Armstrong Park. Easy check in.

Pas d’enseigne visible sur la rue mais à côté du Courtyard Hotel. Le personnel d’accueil pour le Check in pas accueillant mais c’est un bon rapport qualité prix pour l’emplacement.

On the tram and bus routes so perfect for us. Managed to get all the sights in jusy riding on the tram.

In the heart of French quarter. 24hr convenience store next door. Restaurants all around. Canal st and Bourbon st 15min walk. Hop on Hop off bus stop right in front of the building I also saw other buses stopping there too like tour buses and the Cajun encounters bus. Busy street so it was fun to people watch while it rained several times daily. (Rooms 231 & 331) The rooms were clean the beds felt good the furniture was comfortable. A great hotel if you are a smoker. The outside patio was nice and spacious and comfortable. If you have any problems call the number

Very basic and clean property with comfortable bed. Security who checked us in was very friendly. Needs to have coffee pods for the room. The associated property next door was an all gay property, which they were not friendly and left this property pool area dirty with garbage. Convenient to have a gas station next door. Easy walk to Bourbon street and other areas.

Good value for the size of the two-bedroom suite and the location in proximity to the Quarter. Immediate area seemed fine. Parking lot is located directly behind the building, which was very convenient and felt safe. It is essentially an unmanned hotel, and you must call off-site for assistance (no housekeeping unless requested). Room is clean and comfortable with good A/C and a kitchenette with sink, cabinets, counter, mini fridge, and microwave. Biggest complaints were the complicated check-in/parking registration process (you are unable to register for parking prior to the day of your arrival, which is a real pain while traveling), only one room key provided, and the bathroom. The bathroom in Room 331 reeked of residual vomit and the shower curtain was not long enough for the walk-in shower, causing the floor to get wet constantly. No ceiling fans in bedrooms and the fan in the living room did not work. The smaller bedroom of the two-bedroom suite faces Rampart Street and is a bit noisy.

This place isn't fancy but it has what we needed. The beds are very comfy.

Quiet and clean establishment

Great place stay. Full kitchen, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Short, easy walk to French Quarter and numerous restaurants. One block from Louis Armstrong park. Easy spot to get picked up for Uber. There is parking for a fee. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean. Able to store luggage the day we were leaving.

Nice place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very noisy. The door to the stairs slammed all night long and was directly next to my room so we got no sleep at all. The listing said 5 min walk to Bourbon st but was about 16 mins.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. property was difficult to find and the attendant was not informed of our arrival. After about 30 minutes he located a key for us. The AC and TV in the sitting room did not work. We reported the problems and they were not addressed prior to our departure. I will not stay at this hotel again.

The beds were amazing especially after all the walking

I called and was told that the property was wheelchair accessible. When I arrived, it definitely was not. I had to cancel the booking and move to a different hotel, but was still charged for my stay despite being told it was accessible when it clearly was not.

This hotel was fine. The room was clean and the area was safe. A word of caution: the front desk is not staffed, and you may not be able to reach anyone. This hotel claims to offer luggage storage, but we couldn't get ahold of anyone and were forced to pay for luggage storage.

Il est à une courte distance de marche du quartier français et il y a un dépanneur à coté. Points négatifs : il faut un codes d'accès pour rentrer dans l'établissement, et je les jamais reçus, j'ai dû allé à l'établissement voisin pour pouvoir rentrer. L'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas pour monter les valises au 2e étage. La piscine n'était pas ouverte. Le ménage n'était pas fait correctement, il y avait des cheveux dans la douche qui n'était pas les miens et pour la douche, à chaque fois qu'on prenait notre douche, il y avait beaucoup d'eau sur le plancher car le rideaux de douche n'était pas assez long. Bref pour la proximité c'est bien, mais c'est tout.

No air conditioning, no batteries for the fan in the living room, doors off tracks in bedroom, provided a coffee maker with specialized coffee filters that were not provided. Towel bar off the wall in 2nd room we had. Manager agreed to refund $130.00. Said I would have to get it from Expedia. Expedia refused to provide it back to us. Will be filling complaint with American Express.

The location is very convenient to most things in the city, very clean, and comfortable.
