Rating & Review Keseluruhan Nidhivan Sarovar Portico Vrindavan

This is a nice hotel and the service is excellent. It is a bit run down, Our room fridge was not cold. The power was come and go frequency, but it was never off for more than 2 minutes. The staff were helpful.

Food is good but room and amenities are not so good. I’d look for alternatives next time.

Very good property. Close to Prem Mandir. Excellent staff and great breakfast.

Curtains and furniture had stains , not well mantained . Hot water worked later on . Buffet was great . Friendly staff .

Just imagine this hotel don’t even provide blankets in the room , you have to call reception to get one , the rooms are not heated so you have to ask for a room heater which doesn’t work .. I got the heater replaced 3 times .. I almost wasted my 1 hour calling reception and asking for blanket and heater … disgusting

Nice spiritual atmosphere. Restaurant is pure vegetarian. I’ve stayed here before and the first experience was also excellent; that’s why I’m here the second time.

The ambience was good and so on the services There was issue with bed as it was not good also the food was not well cooked.

At night, the heating was on in AC units instead of regular cooling because of which there was suffocation in room as there are no opening windows ! Couldn’t sleep the whole night. On enquiring it was told that because of cold, cooling is not switched on !!

I have to pay for bed sheet because there was smoe flowers marks so i have paid 840 INR

Excellent good service and food and staff

We stayed at Nidhivan Sarovar for 5 nights while visiting Vrindavan for the first time. It was a wonderful stay and we’ll definitely stay there again during our next visit to Vrindavan in the future. The food was lovely being vegetarian, lots of choices and wonderful staff in the restaurant. All the staff were lovely. The room was clean, nice shower/toilet and comfortable bed. Very quiet location. Thank you Nidhivan for making our stay in Vrindavan a memorable one.
