Pretty good resort

The property was beautiful and the staff was very nice. The resort was very accommodating to any needs that we had. I will definitely come back here in the future. It was quiet and I felt like I was in my own oasis while being there. The room was spacious and had a jetted tub in the room and a jacuzzi on the balcony ☺️☺️ Please go visit this resort, definitely worth it!!

The property was beautiful & well maintained, including the beach (but there was a lot of seaweed, in/out the ocean). There were raccoons roaming at night, which is kinda crazy/scary lol

Service started bad since Check in. The receptionist blocked by debit card they didn’t offer us to take our bags or even indicate where or how to get to our room. Hotel need maintenance ASAP and the smell of the sewer is really bad. Housekeeping opened my room door without knocking and came in while I was changing.

Es un hotel excelente, muy cuidado, muy limpio, las instalaciones tienen un gran diseño y las habitaciones estan muy bonitas. Los restaurantes no estan mal, muy buen sabor la comida a la carta. El buffete no varia mucho entre desayuno, comida y cena. Le hace falta mas variedad. Las picinas estan muy bonitas y tienen buen mantenimiento. Asi tambien como las areas verdes. Muy recomendado!

The food at the buffet was nice, plenty of options. Al a carte restaurants not worth it. Room was okay, our balcony was overlooking to the sewage system so it was terrible bad smell. Altogether our stay was nice, staff was good, property not fully ready

Overall out stay was good but there were some opportunities. Changes needed; 1. All restaurants seems to take about 30 mins to bring out food that is already cold. 2. The romantic dinner was not private & took long time w/ food as well. 3. I was unable to use the balcony jacuzzi, seem dirty even after housekeeping cleaning. 4. Between 4p- 6pm all restaurant were closed.

I paid for a ocean view room and did not have.

The property looks nice when you first arrive. The food is very mid. The customer service is mid. The room was terrible. Wasn’t cleaned properly and smelled very bad.

We booked an adult all inclusive it is only the pool, and room that is adult only. You had to share resturants with family with kids, and most of the entertainment they had. When it says resturants you have to make reservations because there 3 seperate resorts sharing those dinner places. the buffet was good, but there was a sewer smell in some areas. The rooms were very nice. The swim up pool was running out of different drinks so it was limited what you could get. Plus one bar tender to 30 people it took some time to get a drink. The entertainment was amazing. We had Julio that took booked our dinner times, helped with the spa bookings, and excursions. He was amazing and always checking in. The beach was very nice too. The spa was wonderful, and the staff. One of the elevators, and escalator was not working so that was hard on my husband since he has bad knees. The pool also does not face the beach, there is a wall in the adult pool with no views, you have to go to the kids pool to see the ocean.

This was my first time booking my own trip and I am so happy that I chose this resort. Everything was great and the food was amazing! Would definitely go back!

I loved the property great place, far enough away from the normal hustle and bustle but lovely enough to have a great stay

The property is huge and there were enough pool areas to hang out. Beach was not the greatest, but the pools covered it. The check in process was a mess. As Hideaway guests, we were ushered to a different check in area. There were welcome drinks and treats available which were nice. However, we were never given a pager at the beginning and after waiting for about 30 mins and realizing we needed such pager, we were placed at the end of the line again. No staff took the responsibility to address our concerns and good luck when requesting for a supervisor. Requested three times to speak to one to three different staff to no avail. A Guest Service person was also rude and taking our expression of frustration personally. Anyone in a service industry knows you shouldn’t and offer to de escalate the situation. But that did not happen. I have to remind that person that we are guests and we are very frustrated with their messed up check in process. A check in that took an hour and a half. No supervisor contacted us, despite our multiple requests, for the duration of our stay.

Excellent service and fun atmosphere. Mosquito control was lacking. I had five rooms and all had poor quality refrigerators. Restaurants are impossible to reserve unless you sit in on a 2 hour time share presentation.
