This hotel is impeccably clean. I was there for a conference and did not visit the pool, but the rooms and common areas were upscale and spotless. The service was outstanding. I would stay for a leisure trip if given the opportunity. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety with good quality. The tables in the dining area were kept clean, even during busy times.

The hotel located in Qu-Jiang District in South of Xian, which is close to few popular tourist destinations. The hotel has great room and facilities including indoor pool and gym. I got upgraded to the executive level and received VIP treatment. The executive floor was led by Berry Yang and her team, they provided impeccable services throughout my stay and truly my holidays even more enjoyable. I highly recommended Gran Melia when visiting Xi'an, it is great city to visit, the place is full of culture, history and great food! I had a great time in Xi'an and Gran Melia Hotel! 👍👍👍

Great 5-star hotel with an amazing location, close to all the major tourist attractions. Staff members are very friendly and professional, and also the hotel is very clean. We loved the breakfast buffet which has almost all the signature food of Xi'an.

The rooms are big and majestic and worth the amount paid per day just to come back to a relaxed environment after a long day of touring. The balcony excess and view from the Red Level was awesome but it is a pity that it is too cold in early December to be outside. Staff are friendly and helpful. A free upgrade as a first time hotel guest was unexpected and deeply appreciated. The heated indoor pool is a must for those who seek a great dip after a hard day's work or tour without freezing. Overall a wonderful experience. If visiting Xi'an again, a definite consideration.

Easy check-in and friendly reception staff. I stayed for one night in a twin room, which was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and tasty but coffee was disappointing. Coffee aside, this is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location with very helpful staff. Thank you!
