Excellent stay at the Tolip Hotel! I stayed for two days over the Christmas holiday and would definitely stay again if I visit in the future. The location is very convenient, the staff are warm and friendly, and the food was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed both my Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day dinner as well. The rooms are impeccable, very clean and equipped with all the necessary conveniences. Highly recommend

Staying at The Tolip Hotel for beautiful overlooking views of The Nile or the city of Aswan is already winning, but staying around the Christmas New Year holidays is amazing! We were guests treated like family receiving complimentary Christmas card, fruit & sweet snack bags and chocolate cake rolls on Christmas Eve. We enjoyed both the room service meal options and dining in the restaurant with very polite staff hospitality. All reception staff were welcoming, porters were exceptionally warm friendly and helpful, and housekeeping was vigilant about providing whatever we needed and making sure no mosquitoes could creep in from the balcony and bother us. It was too cold for us to swim, but the swimming pools were lovely on the Nile side. Overall, The Tolip makes us want to return as soon as we can.

Everything is neat and reliable in this hotel. We are so satisfied with it.

Overall, the hotel, pool and personnel I encountered were all very lovely and extremely helpful. I visited the pool, fitness room, bar and the dining room. My only concerning moment was the urgency of a waiter who hovered over my every move at dinner - especially when it came to paying for the meal. It was very strange and off putting. In fact I avoided going back to the dining room because of the experience.

La persona en recepción fue muy amable, nos hizo un supuesto “upgrade” del cuarto y llegamos a dejar maletas y nos salimos. Para la tarde noche que regresamos nos dimos cuenta que no estaba muy limpio. El piso se notaba que no lo habían limpiado en días, el baño descuidado y viejo. Estábamos cansados así que nos dormimos así. El hotel en general está descuidado, le falta mantenimiento y no se ve en la vida real como en las fotos que están publicadas. Aunque la ubicación y la vista es buena.

Great location on the Nile , excellent choice

This appears to be the major hotel in Aswan. It was good value for the price. Our suite facing the Nile also offered a nice view of the swimming pool down below. We had a pre-view of the Jaz cruise ship we were about to take from the hotel balcony. We ordered in-room dining which was decent.

Quiet

The staff were extremely helpful we had a problem with our wi-fi connection in our room which was sorted by staff straight away. Couldn't ask for better service. We were looked after very well. Our room was excellent. Thank you Tolip Hotel.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful with no complaints at all. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, and on one occasion when I had a tour at 5 am, they kindly prepared a lovely breakfast basket for me to take along. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout my stay.

Best location in Aswan. We have stayed here several times before. Top of the town and on the Nile. Quiet and tranquil. Upgraded to a Junior Suite. Great view and spacious. Management also allowed my cousin (who mistakenly booked the wrong hotel) to use the poolside with us after his trips. So, thank you. Unfortunately, some services could be better. I had to clean the balcony chairs from a layer of dust before use. No pool attendant or towels until after 10 am, and pool snacks always arrive cold. However, the guest relations managers (Monika and Sarah) were superb with us, and the General Manager Mr. Mohamed Ragab was an excellent host. I am confident that these small issues will be resolved to make our next stay even better. God willing, see you soon. Thank you.
