Ξεκινώντας από τα θετικά έχουμε Καλό πρωινό,καλή τοποθεσία Και άπλετο χώρο πάρκινγκ. Τα δωμάτια επίσης ήταν ευρύχωρα! Υπάρχουν όμως και κάποιες παρατηρήσεις αξιες σημείωσης. Δωμάτια με αισθητά λερωμενους τοίχους. Από την άλλη πλευρά υπήρχαν μυρμήγκια που περπατούσαν σε γραφείο και τοίχους . Το κρεβάτι από την μια πλευρά δεν έφτανες να κλείσεις το φως .και από την άλλη ενώ το έφτανες η άκρη του κομοδίνου ήταν κυριολεκτικά μια ανάσα από το μάτι σου .πολύ δυσανάλογη διάταξη . Δεν υπήρχαν προϊόντα υγιεινής όπως πχ οδοντόβουρτσα και ξυραφάκια όπως συνηθίζεται ακόμα και σε ξενοδοχεία 4* .προσωπικό ευχάριστο . Θεωρώ πως η σχέση τιμής παροχών είναι αδικαιολόγητα ακριβή .

Rooms are well maintained. Very neat looking place.Plenty of parking but you need to walk till you enter the main building.

Ein optisch sehr schönes Hotel. Macht seinen Sternen alle Ehre. Wir wollten ein Wellness-Wochenende verbringen. Der Spa-Bereich ist relativ klein, aber für einen Spa-Abend ausreichend (Preise sind für griechische Verhältnisse teuer). Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit warmen, kalten, süßen und salzigen Speisen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber und warm (für die kalten Nächte). Rundum ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Nice enough hotel for the price. But it’s not a 5 star. Bed and pillow was very comfortable, breakfast was good. The people at the counter were very friendly and helpful. Nice hotel but I would say 4 star. Also had free parking which is always good.

When we was there for 1 Night the Spa was Not opened also not in the morning after breakfast The other points was good, special the chef at breakfast kitchen was very friendly and helpful

Det var väldigt folktomt när vi kom i mitten på juli. En vackert och häftigt ställe mitt ute i ingenstans (utanför Ioaninna). Det levde inte upp till fem stjärnor men till det fantastiska priset var det väl värt. Frukostbuffén var helt otroligt bra! Hela personalstyrkan var väldigt välkomnande!

Great pool. Excellent service. Beautiful grounds. Nice rooms. Excellent choice. One suggestion: The parking could be better signed/explained. One wish: The pool closes at 700. We visited during summer and it was daylight. With such a lovely pool, I would have appreciated a closing time of 8pm, so kids could play longer.

In Ordnung

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. We choose it as it’s close to the main highway to go to Igoumenitsa ferry port on our way to Corfu. Hotel is very clean, breakfast is included and has many options. My only complaint was the hotel rooms air conditioner was not working and it was very hot outside.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καλό και εξαιρετικά φιλικό για κατοικίδια Αρνητικό δεν έχει τραπέζι και καρεκλεσ στα μπαλκόνια όποτε δεν έχει χρηση

Ένα όμορφο ξενοδοχείο στην είσοδο των Ιωαννίνων. Το δωμάτιο ικανοποιητικό, κουβαλώντας μια έντονα αισθητή παλαιότητα. Οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι ανακαινισμένοι και όμορφοι. Το προσωπικό φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό.

Perfect clean

Even though the Hotel is an older 5 star it was maintained in a clean condition and the staff tries to assist its guests to the best of their ability. THE BREAKFAST buffet is excelent and there is plenty of safe parking.

Στο μπαλκόνι δεν έχει τραπέζι και καρέκλες - το πρωινό έχει μόνο γαλλικό και δεν έχει Espresso ή άλλο καφέ. Ο ορισμός του dog friendly με dog park. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό.

Amazing stay and loved the pool! Wasn’t busy at all and staff were excellent. Rooms had a great view and the bed was extremely comfortably!

Great overall

Μεγάλο δωμάτιο, πάρα πολύ καθαρό. Γεμάτο πρωινό κ εξαιρετική η συμπεριφορά κ ο επαγγελματισμός των εργαζομενων στο μπαρ! Αργή και κουραστική ρεσεψιόν. Χρειάζεται να δημιουργηθεί παιδότοπος.

Beautiful property and landscaping. Spacious room. Luxurious atmosphere for a good price. Plenty of free on-site parking. Friendly staff. The coffee at breakfast was very weak.

Beautiful property with lovely reception area. Room was very nice. Athina, in the restaurant brought my purse to me which I left at the table after dining. She also provided ice in a bucket to take back to our room. Wonderful employee! We enjoyed our stay at Epirus Palace.
