Horrific. THE Snottiest establishment I have ever encountered. Overpriced. Throughly 'full of themselves', disrespectful staff and management. Feces on the medicour cuisine is a very funny thing for thier restaurant group. Each room is stocked with about $700 worth of alcohalic bevrages which clutter the dresser (1/2 fifth size bottles of borbon, flavored whiskies, etc), as well as jars of candy, other snacks, cans of soda and mixed drinks), and pettiness involving accusations that you took this and that when you havent to go with it. Beyond rude and arguementative Bariesta at the coffee bar, sure ruin every morning. Noone is at the front desk at night, although they claim they are 24/7. Guests are locked inside the hotel at night, with locked doors at every possible exit. No guest Laundry, as their list of amenities claim; only dry cleaning services.

Great hotel!

Lovely, old-school hotel that reminds me of the more glamorous days of yesteryears. Everything was clean and well appointed, and service was excellent.

The property was lovely, felt classy and elegant, but the best part of the hotel was the staff. Especially the wait staff and cooks. The food was so excellent, and the service was even better. Would definitely stay again, and definitely going back to the restaurants.

Beautiful classic hotel with a lot of history easy walking distance from the Science Museum, downtown library, and many other attractions.

A delightful hotel, its old world elegance is a pleasant change from the cookie-cutter presentation of many modern chain hotels. The food service is excellent, and the staff were attentive. Overall, a great experience.

Downtown for a wedding at Landmark. Very convenient and a nice place.

We were a bit surprised that it was Valet parking only. But other yhan that its completely charming and awesome service!

St Paul Hotel is a classic. Beautifully appointed but showing a bit of wear around the edges. Room was super quiet and nice size. Very clean. Only slight annoyance was the AC unit which sounded like a diesel engine cranking up. (RM 204). Ordered Room Service breakfast. Super fast delivery. Only slightly more expensive than same at the bar.

I was here 8 years ago and liked the hotel, now, everything looks worn and sad. Won’t be returning.

The location, the property condition and staff service were excellent. An improvement I may recommend is the guidance on the area parking since only valet parking is available at the hotel. If hotel has a map or guidance on the area public parking which is plenty available, that will be a great addition to this top quality hotel

The Saint Paul is beautiful and the staff are phenomenal. I felt very welcomed by Dexter and George. I have had a rough few days and I think it showed. George upgraded my room to a King on the 10th floor. Wonderful room and I feel so pampered. If you are considering staying here - I say do it!
