Lovely hotel. Great location at the south bank.

Nice modern hotel on the south bank of the Thames. Depending on your perspective, the location may or may not be preferable. A bit of a walk to the 3 nearest underground stations.

Couldn’t have better things to say about our stay. The staff helped us with everything we needed, at anytime we needed. The building and room was super clean and comfortable. Overall, this was one of our best experiences at a hotel. Extremely convenient to be right by Southwark station when commuting from Gatwick. Wouldn’t come back to London without staying here for sure.

It is a great option for its location and service. They just refurbished the rooms and they are beautiful. We come every year and we stay here. This year the staff at the front desk was a little bit overwhelmed.

Great location, well sized rooms.

Having a cinema with the lastest release was incredible. Also free water and sparkling water available at all times. Lots of space in the room, especially for a city hotel. Large bathroom with excellent shower. Very friendly staff. Super nice location.

A great location and a fantastic hotel. On our first evening, we had dinner in the hotel, which was very good quality although not an extensive menu. Breakfast was amazing and the staff throughout the hotel were courteous and eager to help. My only niggles were (a) insufficient staff on reception at busy checkout times and, whilst the contents were of good quality the shower gel, shampoo etc. bottles were impossible to open/use.

Phenomenal stay. Excellent service from top to bottom. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Go to place in London!!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay. The hotel is in a great location. Close to train stations and theaters. The rooms were very clean and not too small. The onsite restaurant was very good and the roof top bar provide a great view of London. All of the staff were extremely helpful and very kind. We will definitely be back!

Great location on the river between the national theatre and the Tate modern. Good transport links from Blankfriars.
