The. Manager has been very helpful

When I checked in and got a room key the room had not been cleaned. Left over food on plates and nasty cup of coffee. The beds had not been changed. This was after 7:00 pm. The desk clerk offered a different room but I needed the handicapped room for the shower. The clerk did call someone in to clean the room but it was a terrible first impression. Also, the pool and hot tub were out of order. I will not stay here again or recommend this motel.

Excellent they are very nice

There was candy scattered all over the room when we got there. The couch is completely disgusting and no cushion left in it at all.

Property was clean, room was stocked and in good order. I checked in after 10pm and Tyson was very polite and very professional, as late as I was Tyson took the time to explain different room options and amenities, he even walked me to my room to make sure everything was satisfactory. And a great rate! . Thank you

Excellent front desk staff worth staying

I could not check in they said Expedia declined my card

Shower curtain rod, towel bar were not attached to the wall very well, heating source was very loud, no bedside tables, pool wasn’t warm enough to go into and the hot tub was out of service. Our bathroom door was locked when we got to our room, and of the two public washrooms one had no toilet paper and the other needed cleaning asap

Kind of dirty and staff some of the staff seemed unclean.

I was here for a few days. They were very friendly and went above and beyond. With a slight and reasonable charge they let stay in my room until 2:00 pm since I had a flight that day. This is my 2nd time staying here and would stay here again.

The hotel was very convenient to downtown Pierre. The pool and hot tub were open late which I like. The staff was very friendly. They also had car chargers but wouldn't fit mine since mine's not a Tesla. The breakfast is also really good as hotel breakfasts go.

Bed bugs! I got like 20 bites on me!

Very friendly super kind to my and my situation. I would recommend that if your going to Pierre this is the only place to stay

Idk what happened to this place but for $137 a night look out. $65 a night in current condition.

The property was really run down and outdated. The clerk was really rude. He was trying to be funny but he came across as really sarcastic.

Nice place was excited to stay here until we found a bed bug in our bed so we ended up leaving the hotel we notified the front desk about the issue but still waiting to hear back for a refund since we weren’t their for very long.

Affordable

The building is not particularly well maintained. In addition, the breakfast menu was sub-par, there wasn't even milk available for my cereal.

The dresser in the room was damaged. The continental breakfast was fine but didn’t seem to be anyone there to clean dirty tables or refill empty items. The price reflected the property. On a good note the staff was very friendly.

room was run down with broken furniture , red stain on bathroom door, swimming pool unsafe with wires hanging from from electric panels on wall, exposed foam insulation from ceiling, no swimming towels
