Staff were brilliant and breakfast excellent. Two requests - fresh orange juice and bread please

We stayed here as part a tour of the country to find a place to live. Only hassle with is place is that you can’t drive there by car. Navigation guides you to the security gates and the justice court. Parking is available at the train station across the road and so you should navigate to that.

The entrance is right opposite the train station , next to tesco and is amaing

Friendly, helpful staff. Ask and they will carry your suitcase up the stairs for you. Perfect location by the station.

nice clean room - for the money a couple of my friends paid, they should have had an en suite but, I personally had a great stay.

A quaint old building right next to the train station to be convenient. Id go again.

The bathroom door handle was hadle fixings were loose. Shower screen hanging off. Window catch broken. Stuffy small room had to have open which allowed street noise until late. Breakfast was mediocre at best, nothing fresh juices from cocentrate etc

Lovely hotel for what we needed, which was one night, near the station, with breakfast. The room was a good size and we paid extra for an en-suite

Hot and noisy at night, even a small fan here. Pillow is bad. No USB plug. Old style hotel. Service and staff are very good.

Very useful if you need to get a train early the next day. It's right across the road from the railway statiion. Staff are nice as well.

The hotel is in a good location near the train, trams and inner city. Nice rooms and friendly service.

Hotel in excellent position to all services.Hotel itself looks a bit drab from the outside, trouble is you have to climb two flights of stairs to get to reception,which doubles up as bar and breakfast area.Also if you want a quieter room you need to climb another two flights of stairs,no lifts so you have to climb four flights of stairs with your cases. The bar closes at 9 pm and there is no restaurant although outside it says bar and bistro.The blackout blind in in the room didn't work and was in the closed position all the time.Full English breakfast very good and reasonably priced, continental breakfast free . If you are elderly and have a problem with your mobility, give it a miss, apart from that a comfortable hotel well positioned. Staff members really keep this hotel going they were brilliant. .

They allowed us in early and they held our luggage after we checked out so we could see the sights. The room was very large. Great location.

Lots of stairs, no air-conditioning but we did have a fan. Window blind broken, but hid view of brick walls! Staff were very friendly and attentive. Good location, next to train station.

The ubiquitous Louise was a fantastic host. A few stairs to negotiate. Hotel overlooked the Railway Station and minutes from the Bus Station.

Entrance is not easy to find. Above Starbucks. This hotel is convenient for the train station which is why we pick it. It was clean and in good condition. Staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable and clean. Down side if any was the stairs. Reception was on the first floor. Bedrooms are on the second and third floor will lots of stairs. If you have a problem with stairs stay away.

Location is excellent, next to the train station. Room is clean and very spacious.

The staff as requested excellent. The woman who checked me in was very professional. The issue is the location. Basically it is next to a Tesco. This Tesco has deliveries 24 hours per day. 1.30 am and it sounded like someone was trying to smash the hotel door down. It was a large truck unloading metal trollies full of food. This was so loud and went on for an hour. Then at 5.30 am the same thing again.
