Everything lovely except for the room layout- room had no windows. Technically it had one but had a brick wall about 60cm away from it the length of the room. Was a real bummer abd claustrophobic. Otherwise wouldve been fantastic.

Bathroom could be cleaner. Also no milk in fridge.

Convenient location close to the airport - bed was amazingly comfortable

Love staying at Swan River Hotel. The views are fantastic and staff are always very kind and accommodating. Very convenient and plenty of parking space. I enjoy my stay here each time!

Room was huge beds was nice and comfortable clean bathtub was deep shower head could of been a bit bigger n more pressure Restaurant meals was so nice and tasty great presentation this place is a hidden gem thank you guys will be staying here again

We stayed overnight before flying out the next morning. The hotel is in a good position which backs on to the Swan River. Outside maintenance could be improved.

The staff was great and the restaurant had great options.

5 night stay was perfect for my RnR. Based right on the river and easy access to local amenities and CBD. Loved the room and general feel of the place.

Comfortable and clean facility with friendly and helpful staff. Chose it because it had a restaurant, onsite parking and proximity to major highways. Unfortunately let down by the restaurant and kitchen. Very long wait for meals, despite restaurant only being 1/3 capacity. Robot waiter, although cute, took meals to incorrect table and there was a delay for the human server to arrive and serve the meals. 3 out of 4 of our meals arrived at the table barely warm and had to be sent back. ‘Medium rare’ steak requested-served ‘well done’ and appeared to be a cheaper cut than described on the menu. At breakfast the next morning, ordered avocado on toast , avocado was underripe and very discoloured, as was also, the requested replacement. Did not eat in the restaurant again during our 3 day stay. Also, the phones in our rooms were difficult to use, and did not go through to Reception when dialled.

Easy check in, really good service and

Not an enjoyable stay as the check in experience was poor due to the key/fob not opening the room, very poor communication from the reception staff member. Internal room was clean and neat, however noise is an issue with neighbouring doors opening and closing early hours of the morning, also refrigerator and A/C had loud audible running noise.

This is a quirky hotel. The layout is strange and feels a little deserted. The decor is quirky to say the least. The bed was big enough for 4 people. But the room (river view) was spacious and quiet, the staff were friendly and the food was good. We would return.

Close to the airport , staff available for late check in, very quiet , up dated , at 11 pm almost a bit spooky

Nice facility with a tremendous amount of potential. Lacked in the finer details, but overall nice room.
