Nice hotel. Restaurant menu is a bit limited. TV channel choices were the biggest disappointment. People traveling are usually wanting to relax to watch tv at some point, with movie options and better programing - that was the biggest disappointment

El servicio al cliente nada de lo mejor, muy pesimo. A compañera de cuarto no le quisieron atender en el desayuno porque hi que no estaba registrada y no era su culpa porque cuando llegue al check in le dije y me dijieron que no era necesario.

The staff is wonderful, the hotel is a delight, the rooms are clean and neat. This is by far my favorite place to stay in Barranquilla, Colombia!

Rooms need to be cleaned and upgraded. Not happy with the odour and uncleanliness.

The pool was great! The staff gave good customer service, the suite was large and comfortable, it had a fridge but not a microwave. Even the international guests staying were so polite and friendly. Overall a welcoming environment.
