My family had a good time there.

The people responsible for reservations did not add my name to the services. I had to wait until they checked and rechecked. They refused to let me have breakfast even though I had a room. They should fix that.

The food was not food.

I missed my meeting because I did not have running water in my suite. I want a refund for my stay. It happened twice to make matters worse.

The staff is very friendly

While the room was always clean, the housekeeping was excellent, and the welcome was warm, my only issue was with the dining room. There weren’t enough personnel to manage the service effectively, the staff coordination was lacking, and the buffet had limited variety with not enough options.

I liked the shopping, and services inside the property, but the security service was rude at first encounter, and provided a bad first impression. The night concierge was very argumentative, and provided wrong arguments to defend the hotel on their lack of accommodation, and basic service of the hotel. Their was a lot of Flies, and the restaurant staff didn't understand that their were a bad mix with the foid service, and consumption, almost like if that was normal. It is not. The pool was inaccessible for 2 days due to maintenance with the water changing colors to a greenish undesirable color of the water that the staff credited to maintenance. It sounded like a another bad explanation to protect the hotel than to provide excellent service in informing the client with accurate information...
