Loved the staff

Hotel bem localizado, possui geladeira e microondas nos apartamentos. Oferece café da manhã com pratos quentes. Possui estacionamento. Ótimo atendimento.

I love staying ar Comfort Suites. It close to Dania Pointe so its lots of options fir dining, entertainment and shopping. The only thing missing at the property is a gym. Guests should not have to go next door

Room is ok, some renovations are required. Quick stay for affordable pricing.

Mostly it was nice but the pool area was dirty the pool water looked murky, and people were smoking around the pool. There were several guests and staff that had bad language around my 6 year old that was anoying. The room was nice and spacious. The air-conditioning worked but was noisy

Nice stay

We arrived early in the am. We asked to check our bags early. They let us have the room at 10am. It was great being able to nap & be rested before getting on a cruise the next day. Breakfast was okay. Had eggs & sausage but no potatoes. Being gluten free there wasn’t many options. I wasn’t too worried because the ship had lots of food.

Room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping did not refill toilet paper and bath towels. And they charge $5 per pckage thats delivered to your room

We stayed just one night to take a cruise the next day. Comfortable and accommodating. Staff was friendly.

I wouldve given a higher rating but I was there for 5 days and was told that there would be no housekeeping services until the 3rd day I then asked them to change the towels and make the bed for me and the two ladies at the front desk said they would relay the message and to my surprise nothing was done when I came back in and they daid there was a shortage of towels and they would come the following day and provide me with some light servces and they never came the following day as well. If you like being lied to by front desk no room service and reusing dirty hotel towels then this place is for you.

The gentleman at the night reception was nice spoke to us every time we came around . Helped us with are needs. Was welcoming. I didn’t know that the gym was at the sister hotel Cambria down the street I would have just booked with them. Also the pool at the comfort suite was greenish so we would go to the cambria because it was clear.

No problems with hotel, would stay there again

The room and front desk staff were amazing. There was one room attendant who was very mean and refused to give extra towels . Other than that the hotel is one of my favorite .

The property doesn't have a gym.

The microwave was not spinning and I put 1 of your plastic coffee cup in the microwave to hot up my coffee and the cup burned and the room was smokey. We call downstairs to the front desk and the guy with locs came up and we showed him the cup. He told us maintenance was coming the next day which was Monday and nobody showed up. Up to 11:00 that night the room was smelling smokey that Monday night. On Wednesday July 16th the alarm in the room was going off and we didn't touch the microwave after that night. We called front desk and nobody came to see why the fire alarm was going off. But we were checking out and I complained again to front desk but she told us nobody was there to come and check. Everything else was good but please check on your guest suppose that room had catch a fire with us in that room.

Good location with amenities near by

Property was not what I expected.

It was nice to be able to catch a shuttle to our cruise port. You just sign up for a time, they pick you up and you pay the driver directly.

It was just ok , good sleep but just in general overall the hotel was ok. Staff was very nice and helpful I think that was the better of the stay

Besides the staff being frustrated 😠 it was overall a noce hotel i loved it
