Small room for £110 a night, but is the going rate in London but could get a bigger and nicer room in the doubletree for that, staff seemed miserable and didn’t smile during the check in & out process

Super beliggenhed. Hyggelig lobby/bar område. Effektiv ind/udtjekning. Venligt personale. Morgenmaden var noget kedelig. Værelserne var ok, men ikke noget særligt.

Great place to stay when going out on the town

Room had crumbs on floor not cleaned

Lots of restaurants in the area. Easy access to Tower Hill tube

Problems with room registration, was traveling with a group and booked large amounts of rooms, had to change name of one of the rooms and they charged me 260£ for that. Not happy and will not bring groups there again.

Zimmer schön sauber. Personal zuvorkommend.

Formulaic hotel but offers a good standard of comfort, nice European-style breakfast and was very efficient in terms of check-in and -out
