Apart from the lady at the check in stand …. It was very difficult getting help ! No wake up call , no change for tips , etc…. They looked like I was really bothering them when I was trying to ask for help !!! very disappointing when in a foreign country !

O hotel esta um pouco desgastado. Não tive contato com equipe , apenas uma única atendente pouco simpática. Para uma noite resolve, porém não voltaria a ficar nele .

Chambre aménagée de manière très l’original. Équipement très high-tech et décoration moderne. L’isolation phonique est également très bien faite. À recommander.

Clean room

The room was clean and for a “close to” airport hotel it was quiet. The staff we found to be unfriendly and non helpful. Shuttle will pick you up and won’t charge you but you pay to return or if you want a ride to the airport at other times when they pick up other customers. Staff does not offer any information regarding anything that might be helpful to making your stay a good one. We traveled in France for 3 weeks and the staff was the worst we experienced. They were not aware of restaurants being closed around the area because of a holiday. At no point did anyone offer information on eating places around the area. It was always a struggle to get any information regarding any information while we were there. We spent 3 nights at this hotel.

Clean, new facility and modern room. Breakfast is just okay not too many choices. Staffs just okay. Need more customer service greeting customers when arrived. Assign tơ ạ wrong room number (with keys) but not the room number from the hotel computer system. Need to learn French for communicating with staff

The room was very well laid out and comfortable. Staff was not helpful. The lights/ window blinds are controlled by an app on a tablet, which was difficult to use. It was easier to use my I-phone flashlight to use the water closet. I called the 24/7 front desk and was told someone would come up to check the tablet. They never came. Hot water required the shower to be on for 20 minutes running before it would appear. Once it did it was great.

We stayed at Nomad Hotel just for one night because our flight got into Charles de Gaulle late and we didn't want to uber all the way into Paris at midnight. Nomad Hotel is minutes from the airport and was a great option after a very long flight and travel day. The check in process was quick and easy. The room was cozy, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was/is the most unique feature of the room, as it was right in the main part of the room. Never seen that before. But as we were only here for the night, it didn't bother us. The check out process was just as easy as check in. Before ordering our Uber to go into downtown Paris for the rest of our trip we did enjoy the breakfast that they offered for 16 euros. There was a variety of proteins, fruits, pastries, etc. I highly recommend Nomad Hotel when going to Paris and arriving late or even really early and need a close place to just relax and recover.
