El servicio en general fue muy bueno.

No estuve mucho tiempo pero todo fue bien. Debería haber un pre registro para agilizar el Check in. El desayuno fue excelente y la amabilidad del personal excelente también.

Bathroom could have renovation and good bath supplies with good smell. There is no free decaf or coffee in the room. Breakfast is good. Staff very friendly. They let us do late check out.

Habitación cómoda y espaciosa

Todo muy limpio siempre pero las toallas ya están viejas. Algunas con hoyos. Algunas luces fundidas en el cuarto pero en general muy bien.

Too bad any of the staff, including the front desk don't speak English even semi-fluently.

El hotel no cuenta con aire acondicionado, los pisos son de PVC y ya hay q cambiarlos. Yo tenía dos habitaciones y una incluyó el deshago o y otra no, así que el precio del desayuno en el hotel superaba el de la página, no pude hablar con ningún encargado por lo que me tocó desayunar afuera. Por lo demás la comida en almuerzo la probé bastante buena calidad.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. The bed is a bit stiff but the place is very clean so I'll take that over anything. Many different options in the breakfast buffet. The area felt pretty safe and there's options for a coffee shop or convenience store within a couple of blocks.

Me pareció todo casi perfecto, lo único por lo cual no volveria es porque no posee aire acondicionado, aunque Bogotá es frío se necesita aire para dormir. Nos facilitaron un ventilador pero no era suficiente, tuvimos que dormir con el balcon abierto para no pasar calor.. Despues todo perfecto. Ahh y entiendo que me cobraron de más, con el cambio a la fecha la estadía me subía de 412 a 444 aprox y me cobraron 482 y nadie sabía explicarme el porqué

Cleanliness & Comfort Very high marks for how clean the rooms and common areas are. Beds, sheets, general room comfort are Great. Staff & Service The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel team goes out of their way to accommodate needs. Good Location It’s in a safe, upscale part of Bogotá (Chicó / Chapinero / near the World Trade Center / Parque 93) with easy access to restaurants, commerce, etc. Breakfast & Food Breakfast: variety, freshness, decent restaurant food. Dining on site is appreciated. Spacious Rooms / Luxury Feel Suites are large, often with apartment-style features, which many guests like. There’s a sense of luxury in decor and amenities. Carolina, Hector, Romain, Ernesto, Luis they go above and beyond in service, very accommodating. Will come back for sure!!

The room was lovely but some of the elements disappointed and reduced my rating. The soap dispenser was broken and it took 3 complaints to get it fixed. The gym had a water cooler but no water and the spin bike no battery for tracking. No water was provided in the room a couple of complimentary bottles would not go amiss. The breakfast was nice as was the restaurant food and the staff were very nice.

I have to say the hotel was really nice, the stuff was friendly and courteous, however there was a terrible situation that I did not appreciate at all. For the first 2 mornings I would come down to the lobby and ask the restaurant stuff if I could get some coffee to take up to my room, and one very nice lady offer a cup of coffee, which I offer to pay immediately, and charge to my room, at which point she replied not worry and that it was courtesy of house, the second day another lady did the same, but the third morning a new guy “Mauricio” said that I had to pay for it, which I was ok with it, but did ask why today I had to pay for it, while The other days I did not, and which point he replied that “THERE WAS NO WAY I COULD HAVE GOTTEN THE FREE COFFEE SINCE HE IS THE ONLY SERVING THE COFFEE IN THE MORNINGS” Obviously, this was a lie, and to my face saying tha, knowing that for the first two days it was the nice ladies, serving and giving the coffee. It is not about the money at all, but being lied to my face by the stuff, is just a terrible perception of the place, and when checking out - After I paid the coffee and a bottle of water from the room, I mentioned to the counter, which did not seem to care much, and even told him to please check the cámaras to see when the lady provided the coffee. Very sad and terrible reputation for the place.
