Very run down state. Curtains not hung properly. Either blood or poo stains in bathroom. Mouldy.

Wasn’t impressed with the stay. The room wasn’t very clean. The curtains are broken and the hot tub hot water ran out with the hot tubes than half full.

Very old property. Shower is terrible. Staff was good and very helpful.

Good location. The place is falling apart. Crockery and cutlery all different. The walls and ceilings are stained and look ready to fall down. It seems that it's a one man show and the manager can't be everywhere

Issue a 100% refund. We did not stay at hotel. We checked out after 15 minutes as the rooms were not fit for habitation. We informed the staff and returned our keys: Trash was lying around Bathroom fixtures were rusted Rooms dirty Photos available if required

Place was ex emergency hosing, and in terrible condition, needs painting, new bathroom, shower ovwr spa bath was useless, and spa bath very stained. However, bed was clean and comfortable

Property is dilapidated and needs serious maintenance and revamping. Seemed as though there were long term residents occupying rooms and communal spaces. Rooms were much too expensive for the state they were in.

This place was absolutely disgusting!!! The bathroom was covered in mould and the kitchen was just as gross. The floor was not clean. The website says pool and spam these were both closed for whatever reason. The place is an absolute disgusting mess!!

Was not what we had expected compared to the photos online. There was mould on the walls in the bathroom, the oven did not work.

We like the fact that there was a spa. The room was spacious.

An aging facility but very clean and comfortable, I loved the elevator. A short-notice booking priced right. More than happy with the one-night stay.

Didnt like the place it needs a upgrade

Says spa is included in the room cost but then we were told to pay additional $14. Everything in the interior is very old dated and needs to be refurbished to modernize to to the current standard. Thanks

This place was the pits, not like in the ad that shows all good and clean. The electric hot plate was all rusted and unusable. There was bugs crawling in the draws under tv. Blankets were all bleach stained. The facility offered mineral spring baths. The one i saw did not have one tile left, either on the walls nor the floor. They expected people to walk on jaggered concrete. No laundry facility also. No air conditioner not that we needed it. You need to send out inspectors because this place will give you a bad name. Not a good way to do business.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Upon arrival at the property we were approached by a local who was there to buy drugs from another tenant. The property did not feel like a safe place for my family. Room was disgusting. Sticky carpet and floor surfaces. Black mould and green mould was visible in multiple parts of the room. Found cigarette burns on the bed linen. Mirrors were cracked and chipped, paint peeling everywhere, dining chairs in room where covered in dust, crockery/cutlery was not cleaned from previous guests. TV did not work. Photos online must be 10 years old. Maintenance is badly needed everywhere. When we confronted the staff about the state of our room they denied all of our observations. Staff did offer to clean the room, but we respectfully declined and asked for a refund. The manager refused to refund any of our money despite only staying 1 of 3 nights booked. Very bad experience.

I usually try to find something positive to say, but this time I can't. When our adult son saw the place we were staying in, he immediately booked us into a different motel for the night. No electric heating, staff member came, pretended the thermal heating had been switched on and then left. An hour later it still wasn't heating the room. My husband went out and brought an electric heater before our son arrived on the scene. I have never previously taken photos of our accommodation that I would share on a review. This place needs a real make over and it will be a very long time before we book here again. Even the net curtains were mismatched unhemned and not even cut straight. It is not allowing me to upload photos For some reason it was booked under our sons name but my husband and I were the guests.

The photos on line do not match reality, they are all blurry or discoloured for a reason, they don’t want you to see how unkempt, tired and dirty everything is. Our room even had a cupboard with a bin overflowing with rubbish that had leaked in the cupboard, the management tried to blame it on the last guests, he then got someone to clean it out, and they used a bathroom towel that they wet under the kitchen tap to wipe it up, without using any disinfectant. There was rubbish under the beds, holes in the carpet & lino, walls all marked and dirty…I took a photos to show family how bad it was. Do yourself a huge favour, pay a bit more money and stay somewhere else.

We were in room 8, and really enjoyed the beds and bathroom. The rooms are dated and show signs of wear and tear but nothing was broken or compromised. We did book the room as there was a mineral pool available however it’s was literally boiling hot! There was no way anyone would be able to use it. When we mentioned it upon checking out they did not seem to care. The location was great, with a short walk to down town and the lake. The rooms are definitely not sound proof, could hear people throughout the night.
