Most holiday inns have free coffee and hot tea. We were charged 8.00 for 2 coffees that were below average. The machine in the room is not the same as brewed coffee. The breakfast had brewed coffee. American tourists like brewed coffee. Need 2 people working checkout on port days for the boat. Unable to get a printed receipt. Had to drop keys in the box.

We loved everything about the hotel and staff. Our only complaints is the no a/c which we knew about but the window does not allow air flow so it gets really stale in the room, and lastly the water temp in the shower was scolding and no in between.

Huone oli tilava, siisti ja erittäin hyvin varusteltu. Aamiaisbuffet jätti hieman toivomisen varaa, vaikka ihan perushyvä olikin, mutta aamiaiseen kuuluva tilattava annos oli ehdottomasti plussaa. Erinomainen sijainti.

Jeg vil fremhæve tre ting: 1.Den virkelig lækre morgenmad med special kaffe og omelet efter bestilling og rolige omgivelser. 2. Dejligt stort værelse med skønne senge. 3. Venligt og imødekommende personale. Derudover lå hotellet centralt og i et hyggeligt kvarter.

Lukemieni arvostelujen perusteella odotukseni olivat korkeat. Mielestäni sänky oli todella hyvä, hissiä ei tarvinnut odotella ja se oli todella nopea. Hotellin sijainti on loistava ja henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Aamiaiselta olisin odottanut enemmän vaihtoehtoja, jopa Scandic panee paremmaksi. Tämä oli harmittava yllätys. Naapurihuoneesta kuului yskiminen ja vessatoimet eli äänieristyksestä ei voi puhua. Myös huoneiden ovet sulkeutuvat vauhdikkaasti, joten pauke on sen mukaista. Tulisinko uudelleen? En tulisi, menisin KlausK-hotelliin, jos haluaisin asua Bulevardilla.

Friendly staff and walkable to all major shopping areas in the arts district.

Viihtyisät aula- ja aamiaistilat. Aamiainen oli runsas ja herkullinen, otettu myös gluteenittomuus hyvin huomioon - myös erikoiskahvi ja teevalikoimasta plussaa. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Huoneessa seesteinen sisustus ja todella siistiä.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean. Staff helpful. Great location. Breakfast was very good; one can order special coffee, i.e., cappuccino, espresso, etc. The rooms are spartan, nothing fancy. However, bathroom was modern and spacious. Price-quality ratio was very good.

Sehr schönes, design-orientiertes Hotel direkt in der Straße Bulevardi. Die Straßenbahn-Haltestelle ist nur wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt, die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in Laufweite. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön mit Designer-Möblen eingerichtet, bis hin zum Iittalla-Porzellan. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ideal, wenn man auf eigene Faust Helsinki erkunden möchte.

Perfect stay for a solo travel night. The room was comfortable, with a well maintained bathroom. The location is incredible, both lively but not too loud.

Amazing staff, great location and excellent value

Excellent location, great breakfast and friendly staff. The only thing I was disappointed was women steam room not working and waiting for parts. I have stayed there for five nights. It didn’t work the whole time.

This is the perfect location, just a short walk to the harbour. Lots of coffee shops nearby too. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
