It was an amazing stay. Welcome fruits were fresh and the tea was fabulous! Will definitely come back again.

酒店的位置非常好，后门出来就是商场和地铁站，步行 10分钟内就可以走到老城墙登城入口和玄武湖边。而且不同于玄武湖的正门人山人海，从这里往正东走到的位置，即便在 5.1 假期人都不多，清净不少。 早餐好吃，顶层的停机坪拍照非常好看，5层的天台虽然设施不多，但有半场篮球场，还不错。 特别要提及的是，因为平台方的错误，酒店收到订单预定人数多于我们实际住店人数，这造成我们需要和前台、预订部、平台方反复沟通解决问题。 酒店的工作人员始终在帮我们沟通、解决；尤其是前台董经理，不仅特别热心的在帮我们解决问题，还安排了提前到达的老人有地方可以休息，避免老人长途旅行过于疲劳。在此特别要感谢董经理的爱心和付出！

Clean room.

Super værelse og med fantastisk udsigt over byen! God lokalitet i forhold til metro og med en central placering i byen. Super lækker morgen buffet! Personalet mangler engelsk kundskaber, det kunne mærkes da vi gerne ville bestille roomservice. Da maden kom, skulle vi selv ringe efter at få bordet fjernet, hvilket trak oplevelsen ned. Sidst skal det nævnes at roomservice vil vi nok kun give 2 stjerner, maden kom pakket ind i plastik, og blev ikke serveret så de forskellige delelementer af menuen skulle vi selv få til at passe sammen.. og så virkede tjeneren meget nervøs, så han endte med at spilde mad ud over mig og på gulvet..

Very pleasant stay! Only one suggestion: the placemats for the breakfast (fantastic selection of foods) area should not contain adds of any kind and shape.

Very nice place and Hotel, clean and with a freat city and Lake.view.

The facility needs more maintenance and updates. The ceiling of the big lobby seems to have water leak on the top and you can see the water signs left still there on the ceiling. The restaurant "江南灶“ uses really old chairs and some surfaces are quite worn out. Staff in general are courteous and helpful. There are exceptions though. Some staff in 江南灶 are quite callous in collecting payment. Their systems of payments were quite funny. As a resident of the hotel, I was asked to deposit 1000 yuan and I thought my credit card information would be good enough for meals, as normally happening with other five-star hotels I've been to. Not at 江南灶！At the second meal, the staff came straight to my face at collection and told me that my deposit of 1000 yuan won't cover it. I had to go back to my room and deposit another 3000 yuan to the front desk. At the third meal, it was more embarrassing that a different staff at collection did exactly the same thing. He came straight to my table and told me in front of my guest that I need more deposits. Maybe this restaurant is financially independent from the hotel and the staff was not properly trained. I complained to the manager that day. Lady Qian, the manager, was nice enough to apologize and showed up at my next dinner and served the first round of wine. I appreciated her attitude. Nonetheless, the collection experiences (twice) was quite unpleasant. Something that you would not expect at a five-star hotel.
