On our second day, while using the hair dryer, electric power was cut off. The wash room and part of the room have no lights. I was not able to use the hair dryer. It was so inconvenient to us. When I called the receptionist, it took them so long to resolve the problem. The receptionist a Punjabi guy seemed did not care because his response was cold and I was not even receptive. How frustrating.

Stayed there for 5 nights. Everything was really amazing. Enjoyed every moment.

Stayed overnight before a 6:00 am flight. The location was good. Didn’t have the breakfast buffet because of very early check out. However, desk clerk provided a bag breakfast - after we asked for it. It was pretty sparse. Two dry bagels and two bananas. No beverages or anything to spread on the bagels. Room was OK. Nothing special for the price of the room.

Perfect stay!! Clean, comfortable room & bed!! Wake up call was on time & cab that was pre-arranged by hotel staff was on time !! Would definitely recommend especially for anyone needing a hotel prior to flying out of London airport!!

Limited access to restaurants. Airport shuttle not available early in the morning. Comfy bed. Clean room.

Clean and comfy

The room was very clean. And it was very quiet. The hallways were nice and clean also, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and willing to help.

The shuttle driver, (Dianne)? is a great representative of this facility, friendly and very helpful.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, Very good hot breakfast with eggs, meat, pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, pastrys, bagels/cream cheese. Juice/water/coffee - even a covered container with gluten free items( saw staff person wearing gloves when filling this)
