Loud music from the lobby until 1:30am. Noise from the street, windows should have a better noise cancelation. Shower needs a change

Las habitaciones están súper bien está muy cómodo

Hotel muy bien ubicado, Gente amable y buen servicio. El único pero fue la habitación, al tener alfombra, me imagino ya vieja, el cuarto tenia olor a humedad

Limpio acogedor en buenas condiciones la habitación agua caliente y a bues presión excelente

La limpieza y el mantenimiento deja mucho que desear. El personal fue muy amable aunque escaso.

Falta mantenimiento en alfombra y en habitaciones , sobre todo en baños pero en mi caso lo que rescato mi estancia fue el botones de la entrada Jeronimo, siempre amable y servicial , aparte olvidé mi maleta en la entrada del hotel y todo el tiempo estuvo al pendiente hasta que me la enviaron a mi ciudad . Muchas gracias por todo Jeronimo !!

The Bathrooms really need to be remodeled there was mold in the bathtub. More staff on site for restaurants and bars

Lo único bueno que tiene esta propiedad es que está cerca del estadio azteca.

La ocupamos para ir al estadio azteca, muy buena opción. A pesar de ser un hotel viejo está en excelentes condiciones

Las habitaciones del piso 5 están deplorables...

Room was loud from the cars

The hotel was ok for a couple of days stay, the property is older, as you walk into the rooms the carpets are old and stained, our room didn’t have AC, and although the weather doesn’t get super hot we would have liked to have AC after long walks. We called the front desk and they brought a portable unit. The pastry place by the entrance sells delicious tres leches cakes.

Hotel muy viejo Instalaciones se miraban bien pero ya en las habitaciones demaciado viejas cre q son del 80 o 90 cobijas para el frio creo q tenia polilla de tan vieja q era lo unico bueno fue el minisplit no volveria. Sus empleados si son muy atentos.

Todo se les olvida a los empleados, les falta entrenamiento
