there were limited supplies like only 1 half used up toilet paper roll & no paper towel. The kitchen in the queen deluxe studio was small, almost no counter space but the room in general was spacious. The elevator was very slow & creaky & sometimes would not come when you press the call button, it seems to linger around the second floor & skip the ground floor to go straight to parking level. The entrance to underground parking is extremely narrow & the keypad to enter the code is dangerously placed on the left side wall, meaning those entering are at risk of colliding with those exiting the parking garage. The gate opens up very slowly with the space between the two gates meant for 15min check ins is incredibly restricted. The parking spots overall were ridiculously narrow, which is silly considering many SUVs & other larger vehicles commonly visit. Unless you are incredibly thin & drive a Honda Fit or smaller good luck trying to park your car & get out of it easily & swiftly. Our average sized family had to exit the vehicle before parking & we chose to only park where there wasn’t already a car on drivers side wherever possible. The pool & hot tub were closed for renovations which should have been included during the booking process & should have reflected in the price. Seems a bit silly to be paying full price with limited amenities. Otherwise, it was clean room & the staff we did encounter were really kind, & check out was super easy!

Just amazing! For the price it’s perfect. You can cook in the room and it’s so central to everything in whistler. Cannot reccomend it enough.

I loved the location! Walked to the market in less than 10 minutes, not to mention great restaurants, boutiques and beautiful trails. Took a shortcut down the back stairs from the third floor and stepped in someone’s vomit. Notified staff and it was still there later in the day. Not their fault it was there, but the clean up is for guests. It would be nice if they had a couple more cardio machines in the gym. We weren’t able to use the steam room and sauna, but they looked inviting and I can contest that both were working when I opened their doors. Easy check in and access to rooms as well. Plenty of towels, bottles of body wash, and .Had a great stay!

Property was clean and had a small kitchen which was helpful for dining in.

Very happy with everything. We missed not having a hot tub but they upgraded our room so we were very happy. The parking lot has tiny spots so that was a bit of an ussue with our truck. I would definitely stay here again

Mountain View was only back yard trees. Pool and sauna was under construction at the time of my stay . Quite noisy with construction. I wouldn’t have chosen this location had I known of the construction, but I see the potential of the property.

Our experience was wonderful as always. Great hotel although pool and hot tub are closed until I believe August so something to consider. Outside of that love the location and property!!

Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans room was very clean if a little small. Bathroom was clean but in need of a non slip bath mat. Overall good value.

Wonderful unit, everything is very nicely appointed and works well, so nicely set up, very tidy, superb location, 5 minute walk to Village, balcony is a really nice bonus too. Helpful, friendly staff. And very obvious that care is taken to ensure that all amenities inside the unit are durable and work well. Convenient laundry facilities on main floor very nice, with laundry open 24 hours. And gym and pool on main floor also so nice.

Hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop that takes you directly to the lifts. It is also walkable but it is about a 10-minute walk. Hotel is also located near the cheapest food places in all of Whistler including Domino's Kentucky fried Chicken and McDonald's. Nice property with swimming pool decent weights in the gym and the hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Rooms are well equipped with everything such as full kitchen coffee fireplace balcony etc
