Excellent location, clean rooms and quiet. Beautiful hotel.

Vi var her tre netter. Deilig rom med moderne bad samtidig som rommet fremsto autentisk og sjarmerende. Hadde litt problemer med den elektroniske låsen på døren til rommet, men det løste seg ved at vi fikk en fysisk nøkkel. Gode kaffe og te muligheter på rommet. Veldig effektiv AC. Likte oss veldig godt.

We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday, 7 years ago, in this hotel. Management had obviously changed since we were last there. As soon as we got there, we realized that the air conditioning in our room was NOT working. It just ran. The sensor didn't register the room temperature at all. I was frozen, and my husband who is usually overheated, was shivering. It took a few hours for them to realize what was happening. In the meantime, they tried to help us as best they could. We had to turn off the A/C. We also had to turn on some small heaters, which they provided, to warm us. I used my phone app to figure out the room temperature. It was 14 C. We managed to put the temperature up to 22 by nightfall and everything was much better. We still do recommend this small hotel because the people reacted quickly, however, it is important for us to let you know what happened. Will we come back here? Probably. However, we will be looking at this A/C issue, very closely, when we do.

A beautiful historic hotel in a wonderful location, perfect for exploring Old Quebec City. The plumbing and heating was odd, but to be expected in a place of that age. Not recommended for people with accessibility needs, but a well maintained balance between aged stone walls and modern amenities nonetheless. The cleaning services was not ideal and seemed to be the bare minimum, if that. Even when we requested a more thorough clean, all we received was a few refills and clean towels, but no clean sheets, etc. Would recommend all the same, especially for those who love historical architecture and wandering on foot.

Loved v this charming spot in old town! Our bathroom door didn't close, they came to fix it in the morning. Lovely staff , prompt phone assistance ( it's a keyless property). Fabulous restaurant next door! First rate location!

We had a top floor room, and it was very quaint and clean. The air conditioning worked well, and it was a hot July weekend, so it was necessary. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I had never had a remote check-in/front desk experience, but the staff answered texts very promptly, and sent very thorough communications. The location is central to the Old Town sights, walkable to the boardwalk, Citadel, pedestrian areas, and Plains of Abraham.

A very quiet and perfect location for anyone looking to explore Old Quebec.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was really nice too. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Old Quebec, so it was easy to walk everywhere. I never actually met the staff in person, but they were always quick to reply to my messages, which I really appreciated. My only complaint was the Wi-Fi. It was pretty slow and spotty, so I ended up using my data the whole time. That was a bit frustrating since I needed it for work.

Clean room, great location, and a wonderful experience!

The location is a 10. It’s a short walk to in old Quebec. This was our fifth trip there and this was our favorite place to stay at. Our next trip we will look and see if it is available and if it is, we will book again.

We had a room with a Queen bed. The room was on the second floor. No elevator, but that wasn't an issue for us. Great air conditioning and a modern bathroom. Great location!

Perfect location to be close to all tourist spots. But be sure to write down both entry combinations when you leave the premises.

The property is beautiful. A stunning old building. Bed was comfortable, clean room and well appointed. The lobby is gorgeous. We really liked the location we could walk everywhere we wanted and needed to go. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I was sorry that there wasn’t anyone at reception and that check-in was electronic. We did find the system easy enough to navigate but there is nothing like being greeted by someone in person.

Hôtel ancien plein de charme et idéalement situé. Notre chambre était propre, confortable et joliment décorée. Rien ne manque (cafetière, café, thé, fer à repasser, coffre, clim silencieuse, peignoir... ) et s'il manque quelque chose le personnel est très réactif. Un parking est disponible (payant (cher) et sur réservation). Seules ombres au tableau: aucun contact humain, et même s'ils sont très réactifs et serviables, je trouve extrêmement dommage de communiquer par mail ou texto... Autre ombre: un ménage qui n'est pas fait tous les jours (ou juste sur demande !), au vu du coût de la chambre, cela devrait aller de soi...
