First time staying here, room was very clean. Beds were okay didn’t get much sleep as was little noisy but convenient and close to everything. Would stay here again.

Very nice hotel especially for the price, overall had a great experience, beds are comfortable, the staff are very helpful and friendly.

This was a cute cozy place.. had coffee, juice hot chocolate and fruits and donuts in the lobby anytime you wanted them, day or night .. also all the staff was extremely nice also loved the fire pit outside and the heated pool and hot tub

We stayed in a king room. It was very nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Very roomy. Quiet as we were on the 4th floor at the very end with no neighbors. Jetted tub was nice after a long walk. Right next to the island. Price wasn't too bad. Would definitely stay again.

They would call to see if we wanted our room cleaned or if we needed extra towels each day. It was clean and friendly staff.

Not as great as other reviews are saying. Its ok, but not excellent for the price. I would not recommend for long stays. The place is noisy and our room had a leak in the ceiling above the shower. The ceiling os clearly leaking for a long time as it has manu spots in the paint, something that is as clearly visible should have long been addressed.

Great location for the Island, River Walk & Comedy Theater. Wonderful breakfast vouchers for nearby pancake restaurant which also offers a buffet. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable beds.

Location was great, the staff were very friendly, they provided everything we asked for. The free breakfast tickets at the pancake house acrose the street was terible. I at my first morning and never returned. Although I was one of the first to walk in the door the food tasted and looked like it had been there for several hours, The hashbrown were so hard I oule not eat them. The jetted tub in our Jr Suite wood not hold water, I reported it and within an hour they fixed it. Around the tub sure needs some touch up paint. The TV will only face the sofa, you cannot lay in bed and watch the TV. The floor is all scratched up where people have turned the whole TV cabnet out from the wall to turn it facing the bed. I know the online pictures are taken on opening day, and wear and tear is expeted, but a wall mout for the tv, and a little can of paint is not to expensive to invest back ino the business to keep it up. a simple furniture stain pen would help to keep the wood furniture looking as though they are not antique.....Would we stay there again..probably, just because of friendly staff, and location.

We were here for two nights. The room was very nice. We had a suite and especially enjoyed having the gas logs fireplace. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location.

We are regular customers and have never been disappointed. This trip we stayed in a suite for the first time. So nice!!!! Huge tub!!!

Very convenient location for walking to the Island. Staff and Hotel was nice, only downfall was the water pressure but besides that the shower stayed nice and hot the whole time which is unusual with that many guests! We will definately stay again!!

The property was beautiful and the staff was great. Loved everything about this place. Would definitely RECOMMEND!!!!
