Good for a quick layover stop

I would like a refund please. This place is disgusting There’s mold on the ceiling. Ceiling cracked door didn’t shut properly. No breakfast available - was out. We did not see the mold until this morning as we had been driving for 14 hrs upon arriving. This place doesn’t deserve a 1 star. Please refund immediately. I have photos.

The floor was sticky and there was dust under the bed. We were there for 5 days. They will only clean your room if you request it to be done. We dirtied our towels by the 3 day. I had to go down get exchange our old ones for new ones. We found hair on our sheets that were not from us. We asked to have the room cleaned and it was never cleaned.

Very noisy with loud music and people yelling. Definitely workers living there. Smoking outside .any rooms. Breakfast was OK. It is a motel not a hotel. Didn't feel extremely safe.

Next to Cracker Barrel

Dirty smelled like cigarette smoke very strong cigarette smoke smelle battub had cigarette burns. This was a $30 dollar room at best. Breakfast was horrible.

There were a lot of men lurking around the parking lot and pool. Might be a place workers stay. Wouldn’t recommend for family.

They do a terrible job at cleaning, floors dirty stinky blankets etc. The environment of the place didn't feel safe. Breakfast was horrible etc.

WiFi couldn’t use it. Poor connection

Great location, close to the 65 to get to Birmingham or Montgomery, food all around (highly recommend CREEKSIDE BBQ) Oak Mountain State Park is close by which was great ($5 for a day pass). Hotel pool was nice (open till 9).

Everything was great highly recommend.

Good air condition

Everything was clean and updated, our only negative was thw mattress was a little soft for our liking but the overall stay was great.

It was a good place for us. Very quiet. Spacious room. Clean. We will stay here again.

Great stay, room was clean and comfortable. All the staff we met were very nice, friendly & helpful. I would stay here again!

stayed there a week and only got sheets changed once and had to go ask for more towels 3 days in a row.

Had no problems and the lady checking us in was wonderful! We would stay here again, great location!

Was there for a team game and it was great

The bed was like sleeping on a brick. The AC wouldn’t go below a certain temp, even after changing it. The bathroom fan was extremely loud and we thought it was going to fall out. They also said it has a hot breakfast, but it’s only a waffle maker.

The hotel and staff were great. The room was comfortable and clean.
